Welcome back to some Hell Let Loose tank gameplay! In this match we try out the new Utah Night map and it's just a lot of fog. I guess people like these night maps like this because they keep making them this way? Not really sure how this can be more fun than the normal Utah day variant.

Night maps kill servers and they're next to impossible to seed, so clearly no one likes them. Everyone just turns up brightness till they're staring into the sun anyways so it's pointless. Just one players opinion. Lol

Many players turn up brightness or use filters thereby making night maps extra unfair for those who don't do these things.

Do you remember, when we first heard about night maps? Everybody was thinking maybe the give squad leaders flares for illumination… Maybe tanks will actually use their floodlights (Sherman)… but when they came, night maps where NOTHING like that. Only poorly lit versions of maps, where people already struggled to find enemies at times… I HATE playing on night maps.

Yea BM was the epitome of great ideas and poor execution. I think they’re whole motto was “Add it in and we’ll fix it later” but always forgot the second part

Night maps wouldn't be so bad if they were more different for variety. Like it makes no sense how air support is possible in dense fog, so why not disable all that and make things a bit interesting?

Dynamic weather or different settings would be nice too. Like, just because it's night doesn't mean it's inherently foggy.. There are clear nights too. I don't mind the night maps but it always being foggy irks me

Night is so bad. I love the immersion but cmon, we playing a game, and nobody wants 35m FOV with FOG. FOG, everywhere!

If they were just night maps it might be different, but they always have to add rain or fog to make it where you can’t see anything. Reminds me of the dust storm on bf4 gulf of Oman, or the dust storm on Sinai desert. Can’t see shit

Great gameplay, lots of action and a great driver; i hate the stoner/foggy maps, it's almost as if T17 don't know where to go or how to make new regular working maps, having several new unatended factions that could benefit from new daylight maps, i'm really not a fan of the foggy maps and call 'em "new maps".

helpful hint, turn your brightness to 200 on night maps and enjoy.

Low visibility and high contrast mixed with fog makes for a horrible fucking match. I hate night maps, British guns, and laggy Russian maps. I’ll still play though way better than most of the WWII games I’ve played
