I’ve been commenting on his videos for MONTHS trying to get him to play this this is my favorite war game ever made and I’ve been working with some of the devs providing reference images for the weapon models and other historical context this game is great check it out it’s on PC and next gen consoles. I love it so much I’ve bought it for 9 people I don’t even know just to spread the game
The beginning of this match was EXTREMELY mild compared to how intense this game gets it’s an amazing game best war game ever made IMO I’ve been trying to get him to play this for months I’ve personally helped with some of the weapon models by providing reference images
HLL is all about taking and holding ground, so it is interesting to watch his normal FPS instincts keep him moving from place to place later on in the vid. Rather than holding a spot he is often moving in and out and going, especialy around the point with the tanks.
@@danfish300 That's one thing I really love about HLL, it's about a squad and team effort, not who can rambo and how high their K\D is. Not that I'm not competitive, but K\D in HLL doesn't mean NEARLY as much as it does in a game like CS:GO or Warzone. I don't even look at my kills until the end of a match, it just don't feel the need to constantly check the scoreboard in this game. A. Because you always need to be on guard and looking at icons\the map B. The game is designed in a way that if you're playing it right, you'll be too busy doing gameplay stuff do worry about that. I'm a WWII enthusiast as well, so I'm REALLY glad that era finally got a proper tactical\milsim FPS :)
@@badnewsbruner I agree with pretty much everything you said lol Especially the milsim part. A friend of mine was used to competitive shooters, and was complaining about a lack of kill cam. I couldn't stop laughing....
@@danfish300 Uhg... Yeah people get too hung up on wanting to be 'the best' instead of 'win rounds'. If you're playing a BR, by all means, TRY and be THE BEST. However, in a team based game (which is pretty much EVERYTHING aside from BRs and arena style deathmatch, you're on a team. That's the main reason I can't stand Counter Strike anymore. Nobody wants to win rounds, they want to get the most kills, and it RUINS lobbies for everyone but them.

@@ThatTURK1 nah Danny is one of the most polite people you’ll ever meet when I pointed out the faults with one of the mosin variants in the PTE before update 10’s release he had me DM him reference images from my collection of WW1/2 Milsurps and corrected the 91/30 infantry rifle to have a straight bolt not bent I’ve been working with him ever since tbh I probably get on his nerves pointing out everything but he’s a hard working person and very polite
I picked up this game about a year ago, absolutely love it!! Used to play PUBG, and since playing this pubg can get out lol. When I have one mate to play with we go Recon (sniper/spotter), and when there's three of us we play Tank (Driver, Gunner, Commander). The long game time (upwards of ninety minutes) can make it quite draining though.
I love the internal struggle choco has after saying "this [the gopher hole] is a death trap dude" but he still keeps looking at them like "yeah, but I can be the BEST gopher man"
The atmosphere is well done. The land size feels large and long to traverse. The subtle fog and cloudy weather add to the feeling. Seeing this gameplay makes me interested in playing it.
Officer is such a crucial role . And so is having an engineer and support on squad to build nods up. Recon teams need to spot enemy OPs and Gary’s . Commander better fucking listen 😂
I have been watching this game since early access and now playing it on console. I love the game when I get a squad that plays together mostly and has a good time. Some of the matches are beyond intense.
It's pretty fun sneaking around as AT with mines. Technically not support, but feels like it since it's away from the Frontline, behind the line setting traps.
