Your system cant hold up for many years, especially at this era when game is way more demanding and also poor optimize, i still remember 2080ti was supposed to be good at 4K but now it cant even handle 2K 60fps on new game.
FSR does not look that good in the game, when compared with DLSS. Also at lower resolutions the image quality really suffers. This game (if we can call it that) - really needs powerful video hardware to work well. The blur & fizzle at lower resolutions with FSR is not good.
