one thing I would like to see; the next new Biome should be a clean tropical beach. no modifiers, just beautiful, long sandy beaches and clear skies. maybe some wild crabs and palm looking trees.
people have wanted actual environments and dif planets since we got the game. Now all they do is make us fight on the ONE planet that is actually different to the point no one cares anymore. AH need to get their head out their ass, how did they do all this and not add basic enviorments. grass shouldnt be common across all the planets. Youre telling me theyre all that similar? so the recourses must be too? like it literally makes no sense.
Same I want some chances of simple open plains (of various kinds) with beautiful weather marred only by the enemies of democracy that require destroying. Maybe a small town or 2, a nice spaceport to fight over, some factory districts.
I did a helldive difficulty mission on Meissa with a with a friend who is a malevalon creek veteran who during the mission said “meissa is just malevalon creek 2.0” so I’d be prepared. On higher difficulties there’s often fog and rain, additionally there are volcanoes, so be prepared.
It would be great to see some late game content and unlocks. All the hardcores have capped and progress has stalled for many of us. Fighting for liberty and democracy is good and all, but we still need a paycheck... kids gotta eat yhea know. At this point, I've logged more hours with zero rewards than hours that earned rewards... Really hope they implement something for players over level 50.
I do SC runs and help the new recruits while masquerading as SEAF Marshall #7734 But sometimes you want to taste the blood and feel the flesh in your teeth... but this means suicide missions or higher. Doing both play styles currently. I saw a recruit talking on here about the helpful player that let them use both mechs in a mission, kept giving them encouragement, took them on some bug missions, then introduced the bots, slowly pulled up the difficulty... be that helpful player. Join the SEAF Marshall's. We are the good guys. Clan system incoming.
I just want new meaningful content man... having everything & all materials maxed out with nothing to spend is really a letdown. This station probably won't even become live til they get back from break 🤨
They are staggering the vacations you twit, not everyone is leaving at once. How many people don't understand this? Development won't stop it will just slow down for a month and a half
and even then CEO said when tbey come back their main focus is still “balancing” and bug fixes. He’ll tell us when we are getting something, and tbh we MIGHT get a warbond next update. That literally it though. People wanna say “game isnt dying” but being forced to wait for literally the bare minimum is killing the game. Idk what the CEO is smoking like at least give us new strats. We’ve had leaks of sm stuff for months and its not even close to being in game.
No clue what you’re on about, Papa. Gameplay’s still fun, even with every unlockable item acquired. I got everything unlocked from every warbond and every ship upgrade and still have fun a few times a week.

I think some people forgot about Wezen. Could have defended it just as fast as X-45 but bug divers are pussies and the “blob” is not very smart. I’m honestly wondering if the game will lose a few more thousand of CoD fanboys when they release their newest reskin of the same game. lol

@Sleepy9269 Corporate incident was just icing on the cake lol. What really dropped player numbers were the horrible "balance patches", warbond weapons coming in garbage and bugs.
@Sleepy9269 actually no the corporate finished the job. The bad "balance patches" have been going on since the first bad "balance patch" for the game. Y'all just didn't realize it because most of the criticism for the "balance patches" were being covered up by "skill issue" losers sucking on dev dicks. Before the actual good big balance patche, primary weapons were ass, warbond weapons getting nerfed, or came in pre nerfed and bugs.
A tip for x45 DO NOT TAKE EAGLES them big ass. Tresss will ruin your Vietnam experience however if you have all hanger upgrades you can use the eagle airstrike only as a few will hit your target
And it makes literally no sense to make a whole clan system when friending people doesn’t even work and used to completely crash the game. Seems like such a waste of time and will only serve to make people more competitive after they keep saying they don’t want competition in the game.
@@NthnLikeCodeine Exactly what I was saying. People are just going to try to kill farm and will make the game much less cooperative focused. Not to mention there are many other things I would rather them work on such as new enemies, maps, and performance fixes.
A clan battle station is a great thing to add when you’re social menu isn’t working, really. I hope they fix it before this MO finishes, and that the clan station will get added into the game right after. Teasing us with it and making us wait till way after the order’s completion would just be evil, and another major turn-off for some players. And hopefully we don’t fail this one, because I’m tired of not getting content cause the community’s either too small to handle an MO or too split up to defend a planet
hello helldivers my brother is having this glitch where he is on his ship but Steam is saying he is at the main menu we can not play together he can't even find a random group has anyone had this problem or know a workaround
Just a suggestion: I wish we can spend war medals on more stuff, If they can add a reroll armor passives mechanic like the one in Ghost of Tsushima online where you can change the sword's perks to something you like, they can let us can change the armor passives to something we want while wearing whatever armor we love! Each armor passive reroll should require us to spend like 2 or 3 war medals. Let me know what you guys think.
Gosh like other have said… really need the cap taken off samples, medals, and requisition… I am maxed out and will just keep grinding for rare samples and have no interest in major orders if I don’t get anything for it.
Defense has a faster completion rate than liberating a planet, as defense requires less plus not going against decay rate and X-45 was already successfully defended in a few hours of the launched attack and now most of the players move to Meissa which has an estimated completion of a day and 7 hours as of writing.
I'm in the same boat, I host most of the time. I've had to kick a small percentage of people, one guy of which was being verbally abusive to myself and another random in VC, if a voting system is brought in I wouldn't have been able to kick that person from the lobby because they were also with their friend who was laughing at all the abuse he was shouting. I think the only way around this would be to flag users that kick a high percentage of players and for those players to receive a suspension that gets progressively longer with each infringement until they are either perma banned or restricted from hosting lobbies
They need to start doing something to the people who constantly team kill. Cut off certain teammates who keep wasting all the gems when they're not needed. Add atvs also
Only update I will call a major update is when the third faction is released. I hope when that happens they make the alien planets more alien like and interesting and not just different color of desert
I don’t the MO will give us the station right off the bat, seeing as it says “in the future”. We probably won’t see it until the social menu is updated and the related bugs are fixed. But what be funny if they gave us the AT-mines as stop gap.

i wanna see the automatons collect dead terminids and create a new autominids faction with or without the help of the illuminates. also a separatists faction of helldivers and super earth citizens that have defected. they could show up with illuminate weapons or some sort of cloning technology to boost their numbers. hear me out on this one. maybe there could be planets or sectors where our enemies have made an alliance to defend against super earth or even where they are already fighting eachother leading to going into games where all hell has already broken loose.
we dont need clans, we dont need ranks, we dont need emblem editors (although it would be neat) what we need is a fix for the absolute slew of game bugs and crashes fun fact: youre (STILL) prone to the jank physics engine if on a steam deck for WHATEVER DUMB REASON AND SENT TO THE STRATOSPHERE WITH THE OBJECTIVE

I'd rather them actually get their QOL patches out before the people whining for more endgame stuff get their day. Adding so much new content and weapons so quickly is how we got all the bugs and balance messes we're still feeling now. If you have hundreds of hours in the game and are complaining about a lack of endgame content, go take a break ffs. We need a smooth game before they break it again. I'm hoping the CEO's statement is true about the patch this week rather than the other where we'd have to wait the 6 weeks.
Tried to play last night, failed to join lobbies for awhile and then went to bed. Clans will be great wanted another non fuctioning social option. Taking a long break this game needs a ton of work.

I am 127 level. And I'm still looking for super samples and do other orders for medals. But I don't get any reward, cause I'm full upgrade ship, unlock ALL battlepasses and etc. I really upset by this and want something to spend my medals and other stuff. Give us the nuke for 100 super samples. This will be great motivation to collect them.
Everyone is going to go for X45 cause it's the new biome.. I seriously doubt everyone will just go to a biome that's been in the game since day 1 to makr it easier to hold a single planet
I wish for cross save progression over PS5 and PC then I would buy another copy on PC. I was going to today but the idea of starting again and unlocking everything I just don't know if I can be bothered.

"no updates" dawg i get you're frustrated but you're spouting bs. they are constantly trying to patch and fix bugs. They aren't abandoning the game for 6 weeks, they're just slowing content development as they take their summer break. Patches are still being worked on.
No new content… I’m off the game for almost 1 month and, actually, nothing “brings me back”. Such a shame, the game is good but it’s too repetitive (conquer a planet, lose the planet, go and conquer that planet again)…
I really don’t want the battle station to end up being the clan station. No need to have a super secret research facility to create it. Seriously, if we need to liberate the idea to form a clan I will be very disappointed. Would be more interesting to fail the MO and see the automatons create clans… I want new strategems (not the mines) and fast, this game is getting boring and am playing other games (also because the story atm isn’t going anywhere meaningful in my opinion.

Might be one of those majors orders that we'll see evolve over time like how Meridia was. We got to a certain point, chilled then bam things kicked off. I think that's the same. We'll see quality patches first and content afterwards I have a feeling.

Just doing like the devs at the moment, gonna play something else a bit, until we get some new content, all maxed on samples, medals and basically playing to lvl up (currently 101) just got a bit bored, game is fun just need a little brake from it personally.
I don’t think clans is a good idea, this game is supposed to unite humanity, with the Sony PSN screw up clans is the last thing we need, we are becoming more and more divided
