I appreciate the consideration 😢 I'd love to drop them while I'm getting chased by 4 hulk bruisers and pinned down by a factory strider but I guess that'll remain a fantasy 😔
The thing its they are objetively top tier mines yet people on their stupidity thing they are awful : Bigger spread of the minefield so you can walk trought the minefield without been blow up,pressure to be activate rather than proximity so you can step on them and the moment you release the pressure they blow Up ,anti tank damage aka Factory stryders tanks and hulks bane Its like the hmg emplacement for most people its trash yet you can destroy every robot on the field + anti Air turrets except dropships with some acurracy and tap fire
@@MrQuesable not really ,the thing about terminids its theres no instakill solution for them An anti tank mine would probably need 4 mines or 2 mines to destroy a tank meanwhile for a single charger you might use half of the minefield
Blackout event. A total blackout of the planets surface, your flashlight is your only friend. Automaton eyes glowing in the distance. The sound of a termanid patrol clicking by. The blinding yet comforting light a napalm strike brings for a short few seconds. Sprinkle in the effect of no music and you have a new horror game.
@@DeadlyNightshadeZflashlight has no effect on enemy detection as far as anyone can tell, but it's annoying in certain circumstances so it's best to have it on automatic or toggled off when unnecessary.
I’m maxed on resources and metals and I still have so much fun running with friends. This game is unique and it needs to stay that way. What a great community. ❤
We have only seen them in a leak, if they work like real life anti-tank mines, then you won't get blown up by them if you stand on them. And hopefully with arrowhead's New balancing update, they'll actually do some damage@@anthonymendez2293
As far as the MO goes...we need to make the right choice. And not just the right choice but the morally right choice. One that secures the future of Super Earth and it's citizens. One that everyone should have already made by now. We go for those damn mines.
@@CloudPlaysThe explosions mean nothing if there are no kids to watch them. Plus, we already have too many... explosives. What are you, a bloody islamic traitor !?
Honestly, don't get your hopes up if we get anything from saving the kids. I am going to go for it, because this is the way, but other than the fact that Vernen Wells was a site for the SEAF training facility, I doubt we'll see anything other than being able to regain that training facility buff for Vernen Wells, and potentially also Aesir Pass, as we have to secure that planet before we go to Marfark or Vernen in the first place. Think of this like saving Doretta in Deep Rock Galactic. Aside from the achievement of saving her the first time, there's no point or reward in bringing Doretta back with you when you extract from that mission type. However. I've never run with a group who hasn't agreed, silently or verbally, to bring her back - and would ONLY leave her behind in the most dire of situations. Think of it like that. It may not be rewarded, but it's "the right thing" to do, and it shows what we Helldivers - we gamers - actually stand for.
Everyone is sleeping on the anti-tank mines. Like sure dealing with allied mine fields can be a nightmare sometimes but imagine being able to stop numerous chargers, hulks, tanks, and potentially bile titans (depending on how much HE or Shrapnel will be in them). Also the full Landmine meme loadout that we are missing out on as well
I do really think it would be more fun to have "Factory worlds" where the enemies are all hulks, walkers, tanks, gunships, and factory striders. And then "Barracks Planets" where it is just normal units, with the only vehicles being walkers. But of course LOTS more enemies. I want the rare fights where it is ONLY infantry vs infantry, something that I love about the low difficulty missions. Same with bugs, like I want a type of mission where I can bring the machine gun, and the issue is not "I need a way to break through heavy armour" but "Will I have enough bullets to keep back the swarm" No chargers, no bile titans, everything else fair game, but then another world could be a "Titan world" where maybe because of the termicide has just unleashed hell amounts of titans
We need to save those kids...if not, who will make our mines? There is not point of having explosions without them kids to watch them.... and cheer the hard work of every Man, Woman and Child over 7...
The online HD community negativity has been pretty exhausting. I'm really hoping for the patch and warbond to shift the vibes in a positive direction. Despite a lot of the issues and flaws I've not played such a cinematic game since Titanfall 2.
HD2 is my favorite multiplayer game of all time. I usually do not like online games but I'm saying this to anyone that is genuinely interested in playing and wants an awesome game/ community. I love helping new divers out. It makes the experience that much more wholesome.
I think we may be choosing between a deployable SEAF troop and the mines, now the SEAF Squad deploy would be pretty good at rushing down automaton camps and holding objectives the anti-tank will probably be *super* effective against the automaton factory striders.
@@mindsablaze221each one gave us a 5% increase to our liberation basically your mission did 5% more, four of them equalling a 20% increase but because *cough cough bug divers are too scared of the bots* the bases on Vernen Wells and Aesir Pass were both destroyed when those planets fell meaning currently we only have a 10% increase.
I played bugs at first.. then i saw the memes, ... never been back to bugs planets appart from on major orders, been playing 2 months, level 63 with maxed ship upgrades, ses wings of audacity
Last night I had a game where we couldnt get in the shuttle. 2 more joined and we blastet that shuttle for 10 minutes trying to destroy it. We couldnt. In the end we all crawled in so see What happened when time ran out. When the cutscene started we were all on it but then suddently all of us got thrown out of it. It looked absolutely funny as hell.
I really really would enjoy the No Man's Land modifier. On a note for the new major order as well, as much as I want the AT mines, the children matter more to me. It would feel wrong to abandon them.
We must save the future of Super Earth! Mines can be made in a factory, but the children are irreplaceable and will grow up to be SEAF forces or even Helldivers!
❤ that Reddit post reminds me of my scenario. I’m a husband, Dad, and an electrician so when I get the opportunity to play is when everybody else is sleeping at night. My four year old loves watching this game. He calls it “bots and bugs” (not Helldivers for parenting reasons) and he is always asking to watch or play. The other day, my wife wanted to give the game a try and he actually gave her a controller and was watching how she was going through the tutorial and he tried to do the tutorial as well, all through a PS5. Mind you, my wife does not like these kinds of games because she can’t coordinate that well but she loved it. And she was surprised how well he was able to encourage and have fun with her just by going through the tutorial. Anytime we run bugs he always is looking for a bile titan to see the “big cricket roaring” (spitting out the bile). Always excitedly going “over there!” Or “do you see it do you see?!” “Get it daddy get them!” “No not there. Over THERE!” We ALWAYS need to go see the Blackhole (he watched part of the Meredia carnage). Against the bots anytime there’s a bot drop “big ships daddy!” I’m also that team mate that prides themselves on taking down the drop ships when they come in, so he will start counting them as they come in, calling out tanks, and “big puppies” (fabricators) as they come in as well as count the amount of drop ships we all take down as we go. And… it’s Helldivers, we all die at some point. He always responds with the “oh come on!” or the encouraging “we’ll get ‘em daddy!” What I just described to you is a normal drop anytime he is around and how I have ended up playing, and not with a mic for good reason. It’s fun to me to see this interaction because I see his imagination working. It’s not only fun just to see him see the cinematic things we do in this game but he sees it as a puzzle and I hear him try to solve it as we work through the chaos. All in all, I am still making my march to 150, and I am having the time of my life in the game and outside. That’s my experience, and my story. If you read this far, thank you ❤
We need the no man’s land modifier. The cargo center a little less, given how the heavy and elite enemies are a pain to deal with, but no man’s land is a must. It’ll give that World War One feeling and be a nice break from copy paste rocky plains. Makes it seem like an actual war is going on there and it’ll provide some variations to regular maps (so our Vernen Wells veterans won’t play the same canyon map over and over). Every mission currently is the same. Every mission is the set planetary biome with a set number of preset enemy camps and points of interest. I want diversity! I just want modifiers that change the map. Change the experience. Not just a low effort and BS stat change to make us wait longer for an eagle.
I still thing secondary objectives should contribute to eliminating modifiers from missions (Similar to planetary liberation). It'd be quite interesting. Actuaklly having secondaries contribute to removing modifiers for everyone for a bit or for a couple of missions or so, would be amazing.
I love the challenge of the automatons but until the spawn rates are fixed it’s utter hell to play anything higher than level 5 difficulty. Level six feels like og helldive
THINK OF THE CHILDREN GENTLEMEN! Future doctors, Scientists and most importantly of all.. FUTURE HELLDIVERS!!! Mines can always be made but the kids lives cannot !! They’ll carry on the torch and liberate our Galaxy!!
Im getting so sick of these types of major orders. Honestly, I am. I want a new stratagem to play around with. Yet that wont happen this time either. And all I'll get to see as people flock to "save the children's hospital" that gives no listed reward, are jerks telling people who dont like fighting bots to "git gud" and "obvious skill issue" and "we shoot bot sympathizers." It's a fucking video game. Get the goddamn mines, then go file for C-01 permits to make more kids. Jesus Christ. 😒
I forget about those childen dudes, they're doomed, we need to get these anti-tank mines ASAP. I'm tired of being limited to playing and not having anything collect because I'm maxed out...
I don’t do much Reddit but I was playing the other day with two friends and as we dropped in I was a second behind them. They hit and were like oh *#$& it’s a jammer and right as they were saying that I put my hellpod right into it and blew it up! Everyone went nuts! It was awesome! 😎 😂
If I recall correctly Vernen Wells has that liberation modifier. Making it easier to liberate planets. With our numbers lower than ever we MUST save those children!
Modifier: Terminator mode: All normal bots gain medium armor and 5x hp but are slowed by 80% and shoot one plasma/laser per 3-5 seconds. Spawnrate of heavy units is reduced.
I'd assume that Super Earth will put those children (Over 7) to work, and rebuild those SEAF training facilities we lost. And who knows, maybe participate in the Democratic cirrculum those facilities have to offer.
So this may seem kinda wild. BUT, if you think about it. Why would they need to make the planet a snow planet? I mean us helldivers are used to snowy battlefields. Honestly to me, it seems that they are making the entire planet cold for a reason. I mean we know that if you want to power something strong, it'll create a lot of heat. So honestly I may sound like a fool, but the automatons might be creating something big over at cyberstan.
I'm curious about what will happen if we save the children. I honestly don't care about the mines everytime I try to use the others I always end up thinking "I could have just used an orbital, or eagle, or literally anything else".
I only want the mines because I feel like small mine explosions will set them off so having 4 people running all mines will be great with kill a shit load of stuff missions
Children’s hospital men…. How could we possibly claim to love Democracy when her children’s cries for help go unanswered…We’ve gotten this far with the tools and weapons we have, we can go father still with those same weapons. Sweet Liberty those children will NOT DIE IN VAIN!
For a few major orders I started to help with the automatons❤ and I’m slowly warming up to helldive I’m at diff8 which is doable for me helldive I still have flashbacks of that 😅 Edit: im lvl 74 and yes I’m guilty of being only really doing terminds I see that appeal for the bugs it’s so much more relaxing compared to to robots but divers we need to stop the losing ph we can’t accept below 50% win rate, super earth can’t accept that
No man’s land needs to be its own mission. Defense missions are one thing, they’re great. But we need an assault mission. One where we have to plan an attack, coordinate movement, and conquer a massive enemy base. Another option that would be cool is like a capture the flag. Go in (either hot or stealth), steal something, and get out. Especially if you that something is one you could blow up if you haphazardly throw a 380 in there. ❤️💔
why why why is the major order always F'ing broken. Both Marfark and Vernen Wells are already liberated with 3D 14H left. And it's the same on your video!!!!! WTF. Every Major Order!!!!!!!!!
all those helldivers who want to liberate Marfark for the Anti-Tank Mines sound a lot like automatons. All hero's were capes, Are you helldiver ? Let save those kids FOR DEMOCRACY.
I can’t understand why the devs haven’t recognised people are playing bugs because they are more fun. It’s just tiresome getting ragdolled or drilled across the map. Even on foggy planets! Any chance of bots reloading? I don’t get it.
