Helldivers 2 Plas-101 Purifier Stress testing. 

They should remove the charge up feature of this gun, make it slower rate of fire than the Scorcher, increase the damage, and treat it like a medium armor penetrating DMR. The charge up completely sucks and it's why no one wants to use it. But I love the way it looks. I wish this was the Scorcher. I'd be rockin' it. I don't like the way the current Scorcher looks.

Its my fav gun and idk why.. I think the chargup just makes me enjoy it. Its got good ammo economy. It pairs decently with the hmg or the laser cannon. In the video you used autocannon.. with chargup splash gun. use a drone backpack ideally... and instead of autocannon youll want either the expendable or quasar. or be a bit more niche and go HMG/supply pack and use stuns, or go quasar with shield or drone backpack. I think the reason i like it so much is just because of how different it is.

Yea, Im not feeling it. I wouldn't choose it over anything, including the level 1 starting assault rifle.

I was so hopeful for this gun they really need to increase the damage to 400 or so to make the chargeup time to be worth it. The gun itself is super fun to use Edit: it is really good at destroying bile titan bellies tho so thats good atleast bloww up the sacks and then one orbital rail cannon ez titan kill

If it had more damage and a better scope then it’d be awesome as a marksman rifle/sniper for long range engagements than the plasma punisher

All I can see is that it has good ammo economy and last long in prolonged fights. It still isn’t an infinite ammo energy weapon. Armor pen doesn’t seem to matter, kills hive guard to the head in 3 shots, same as punisher plasma. 50 more damage than scorcher? Who cares. They made it sound really cool. Yes you can one shot striders to the upper front plate but still… who cares. I want to like it… but I can’t right now. I saw a guy mention the other day, what if 2-3 shots from superheated plasma weapons could catch enemies on fire in AOE?

Yeah yeah yeah, you have a bunch of numbers and shit but no stats can make up for the fact that I like it :)

If u really wanna use this gun use the punisher plasma, its the same thing but pump action with less range

Increase damage, give it infinite ammo like the arc thrower
