9:40 funny skit, but there is no cooldown on liberty! Unfortunately, we haven't yet figured out a way to pack as much punch in an energy weapon as we have in each 380 shell, so the cannons need loaded from time to time. There are methods you may research or purchase to increase your crew's reload speed, such as rear loading breaches instead of front loaded. Now go out there and spread managed democracy, Helldiver!

Cooldowns are the time people on the ship reload the cannons outside of the ship. Or for Orbital Laser it is literally a cool down.

Haveing multiple orbitals would be nice but have them stack one at a time as they cool down instead of all at once like eagles.

Ok, if that really really is an unreleased stratagem, having a 20 minute cooldown is ridiculous. Might as well go the laser route and have just 1 or 2 uses per mission and that’s it.

@@TheShadowBoi possible. Though even at max a 10 minute cooldown, that’s still a ridiculously long time considering at most, stratagems have a 5 minute cooldown.

@@Psion_Phoenix yeah agree, maybe they should modify so the more enemies the explosion hits the less cool-down it has, reward that strat if it gets a lot of kill which it seems to be designed for if the strat has a base 20 minutes. Just my opinion on it.

Idk, it's a get out of jail free card. Drop it when u have a massive base u can't push or a horde about to overrun you and it's over. 20 min, 2 uses without any upgrades sounds reasonable. Specially if you can have 1 x person, u can basically flatten half the map every 20 min lmao

I swear they have to add another stratagem slot if we’re gonna get 20 minute cooldowns. Now imagine that with the 100% cooldown increase and you get peak game design

Exactly! 20 minute cooldown will be ridiculous. With the 50% cooldown increase we’ll be lucky to use it more than once a mission. Let alone more times.
