I was fortunate to see Neil Diamond twice in Las Vegas. He is a fantastic entertainer. His show is over two hours long. He doesn't take a break, he just lays on the stage and keeps singing. So sorry he isn't able to go on tour anymore. May God keep him well and watch over him.
One of his many songs I love, so much feeling in his voice and the lyrics. Not a day goes by without listening to him sing. Love you forever Neil Diamond, hello my friend, hello…..
My nana who was raised me as a mom turned me into a diamond fan. Passed this last weekend @ 81 years. Wish I had just one more chance to hold her and sing this song
An absolutely beautiful, heart-capturing song. Nothing electronically-enhanced, just a piano and his voice. One of those that I serenade my wife with along with some Sinatra , of course. Thanks for sharing. Grazie.
This song just came to me out of nowhere! My dad & sister loved this song very much, So long story short I lost my dad at a young age and 4 years later I lost my sister. Guess it played in my head b/c the two of them know I am hurting badly and tend NOT to talk about my feelings with my family b/c I am the rock for them. Awesome song brings back excellent memories and thank you to whoever posted it.
I just thought of a good friend who passed away 3 years ago on Halloween his favorite holiday. i still recall the trips and concerts we shared and all the good times we had. I once told one of my nieces that I missed crying because it does help us cope with sorrow. We're so in tuned with being happy all the time, we've forgotten tears are another form of experiencing joy.
Long distance relationships can be so hard...I think this song speaks so clearly to that end. I used to jump at the ringing phone. All I wanted to hear was that all familiar, "Hello."
I can hear this lovely singer again and again. He is my childhood singer, i use to hear his.music. great memories, love it. I love my great n special my favorite VODAFONE. Thank you my favorite VODAFONE, for posting this beautiful melody , God bless you abundantly.
This beautiful song breaks my heart every time I listen to it, I think of a lost love and how much I'd love to say those words to them , yet I still adore this song
The song I will listen to when I get the last covid vaccine and I experience the sweet feeling of NORMALITY in many months again. I will be able to meet a friend I couldn't see over coronovirus.

Amazing how this song came out before mobile phones, and we spend all out time on our phones now looking at others peoples business, but we don't call the people we most care about 😞 I lost my wife 2yrs ago at 37 yrs old and I wish I could call her again now X maybe beer has made me write this but it's the truth I've played it about 20 times now 😞😂❤️
When people say Beatles were the best, I just point to an array of songwriters from 👉 🇺🇸 who were better. And I am from 🇬🇧 Thanks ladies & gents 👉 🇺🇸 Love you all 🇬🇧 🤝 🇺🇸
So sorry about your loss. Everyone needs to feel loved and missed, but not everyone is. I say that from personal experience, simply because some truly don't the heart's capacity to love others unless it benefits them. Enough said.
My bestfriend is dying of Motor Neuron disease and we always stay up late at night, our husbands are in bed sleep. We text each other, she uses an "eyegaze computer " to talk me as she can't talk or move her arms or legs anymore...I spend everyday with her caring for her.....this song means so so much to me ..I'm going to miss her so much when eventually losses her fight against this awful MND.
My mom liked Neil Diamond. I remember as a kid in elementary school of her listening to this. Unfortunately, she is going through dementia and it's been getting worse. I heard this earlier today and it made me think of her.
