The boundaries were/are different. Just like the relationship with Nikolas and Spencer was VERY different from all of those. Think what you want. I don't care. Do you act the same/play the same roles in all your relationships. People are complicated and relationships are too. What's appropriate in one might not work in another.
@@picard4327 yeah, what’s the issue? I think, even though they dont look alike, The two Ninas appear to have similar statures. Same with the trinas. And the Carlys. It helps you adjust to the recast. If someone wants to take the comment to mean something else that is entirely on them. Now, if they have the right vibes builds might not matter.
I don't know, Nikolas betrayed Ava when he slept with Esme. Unless of course he's trying to find somebody to coparent Ace with him. Not sure that will work between Nikolas and Ava.

But, I remember when he went to see her in the Art Gallery and Ava stated she was "sorry for killing him" and he thought that was the most romantic thing she ever said to him. 😆😂😆😂 So, there's some chemistry STILL THERE between them. If Nikolas gets his act together, I could possibly see him reuniting with Ava. Call me crazy, but it would be really ironic if Nikolas & Ava and Spencer & Trina ALL got back together. 😉
I’ll always miss Tyler Christopher the first and ORIGINAL Nikolas Cassadine . But he’s gone forever now . Adam Huss is a suitable replacement for Nikolas and I accept him . Better than Marcus Coloma who was obviously “ Let go with ABC Not willing to renew his contract . There were obvious problems when they won’t renew a Contract . Now Adam Huss who was Coloma’s “ Stand - In is playing Nikolas . This tells me Nikolas will be released from Pentonville Prison soon . Tyler will always be Nikolas Cassadine for me ❤😊
Ava please this has really nothing to do with Avery maybe a little bit but not really you just want power that’s all this is about you want to be a mobster/mob wife and sonny can give that to you because think about you too having been battling over Avery for quite some time. this is about wanting to be in the inner circle, and wanting to get some power being a mobster because you miss being a mobster, even if you don’t admit it
I forget that Nicholas is even part of the show. He's rarely onscreen. Frank and his writers need to fix this. Ava has no idea what she's gotten herself into. Sonny is going to be furious if he ever learns the truth about his medication. But Brennan and Valantine will be a different matter. Those two dudes are not above making her disappear permanently if they discover what she knows. Especially if Ava connects them to the medication tampering.
Ava thought she knew what she was doing when she was messing with Morgan's meds, and look how that turned out! Then, as now, she didn't take any outside factors into account! She was only aiming for Morgan to lose control, so Kiki would be through with him. She watched the undermedicated Morgan get progressively worse, yet doesn't, or won't see Sonny on the same path! She seems to think that this "sweet spot" of her current living situation is something she can maintainn, as long as she plays caretaker/keeper. This undermedicated Sonny may be manageable right now, but he won't be for long! How "happy" will Avery be, seeing her father change? Just like Morgan did before him, Sonny will inevitably spiral out of control! Again, Ava doesn't, or won't see, that eventually, Sonny's paranoia will extend to her, and the hallucinations will start! Ava is taking pages out of Nina's playbook, and doesn't see it! How is her former outsider "held in contempt" status now all Carly's "fault?" How is Ava keeping her "penthouse life" with Sonny going, that different from Nina wanting to stay with "Mike" in Nixon Falls? Isn't Ava's "Sonny," just as "unreal," or is it "real," as the "Sonny" that Nina was so desperate to hold on to?
@@ashleythibault1987 You're right, technically Nicholas Chavez IS NOT coming back to GH in order to pursue other acting opportunities - But, they can always recast the character. If you remember, THIS version of Spencer was a recast when he joined in July of 2021. The original version of Spencer was a little kid. Then when NAC came in, he was the 2nd version - The "young adult" (18-23) version brought in to be Trina's love interest. As much as I wanted NAC to pick up where he left off upon returning from filming Monster; the simple fact is that he's moving on from the role. Yet, the (character) of Spencer is worth maintaining & evolving - So, if that means allowing someone else the opportunity to inhabit the role of Spencer Cassadine as NAC was allowed to when he joined; then that opportunity should be made available for another person as well. My only request is for the SPRINA lovestory to CONTINUE. 😏💘😌
@desmawalker556 I don't expect to see the Spencer and Trina love story continued, unfortunately. Normally, when there's a recast of a soap opera character who is in a romantic relationship with someone that this usually means that the powers that be will break up that prior romantic relationship in time and I know that NAC fought very hard for Spencer and Trina and Tabyana and I think that some people didn't like that. I think that Tabyana needs to look into work opportunities outside of GH where her time and talent are being valued and not being wasted like they are GH where she's treated like she's not important unless NAC/Spencer is there much like Genie Francis was treated like her only value to GH was because of Tony Geary and Genie left GH because of that. Trina's grieving for Spencer and his "death" should have given Trina more screen time and more of a storyline like GH did when Liz lost Lucky in the fire or when Robin lost Stone or when Joss lost Oscar. GH doesn't have a good history of keeping and promoting its characters who are people of color I think that Trina/Tabyana will suffer because of the Spencer Cassadine recast. I think that the powers that be will eventually try to pair Spencer off with a white woman because the powers that be never expected Spencer to be in a romantic relationship with Trina and I think wanted Spencer with Esme. I don't think that the powers that be ever expected Trina and Spencer to be a couple and the new writers are focused on Joss and not Spencer and Trina's storyline, in my opinion.
@@amusicfan25a21 I beg to differ on at least one point. TRINA’S value to AVA and the Gallery are most certainly not “second value.” There is Plenty of storyline to explore with TABYANA. Plus, they can do a talent search and recast with someone who has chemistry with her. NAC isn’t the only talented actor in the world. js
@@joiisler3012 The issue of that the powers that be don't seem to be very interested in giving Tabyana a chance to shine on her own and most of the time when there's a recast of a soap opera character that character's boyfriend or girlfriend or spouse suffers especially in instances where the significant other is a person of color. I think that the new writers are focused on Joss and not Spencer and Trina together or separately and Tabyana already isn't given much to do and I don't trust new writer Elizabeth Korte with a recast of Spencer Cassadine. I think that the powers that be are waiting for as long as possible and that Tabyana is being treated like the only real value that she has to GH is because of NAC/Spencer and GH really doesn't have a good history of keeping and promoting its characters who are people of color, Tabyana should be on in a lead storyline but she is barely even on screen and I won't be surprised if Trina and Spencer are eventually broken up by the Spencer Cassadine recast. I highly doubt that Tabyana will have the same chemistry with someone else who's not NAC because the new writers are already showing that they really don't think much about Tabyana/Trina and I think that some Spencer and Trina fans are setting themselves up for a letdown.

They are not “Legacies.” The show can put out a “call” and recast Both Characters. It is done all the time. Even with characters on This Show. These two are Not Irreplaceable. imo
Sooner or later, and I hope sooner, everyone will find out what Ava's been doing to Sonny. Since she confided in Nikolas her secret, I hope he tells Laura or someone else who visits him before he gets transferred. If anyone's gonna give her the best taste of her own medicine, it better be Carly or Sonny.

I don’t understand what the point of Ava going to visit nikolas was today. She told him a lot about things viewers already knew and she doesn’t seem to know what her end game is.
I think it was a way to bring Nikolas back. Is Nikolas in the same prison or will he be with Brennan when all hell breaks loose and Ava is blamed for the medicine tampering? I think Nikolas will have to be the one to save Ava. Everyone else will turn on her and rightly so.
I love Adam as Nikolas. I shouldn’t ship Nik & Ava but I do. They are probably not the healthiest relationship but my goodness they are good together. I need Nik out the slammer so he can be there for Ava. They definitely call each other out when needed. I’m going to need Lucky coming back to get his brother out the slammer so he can be a father to Ace.

This Nikolas doesn’t have the Cassadine edge. He doesn’t give me dark and tortured the way Tyler, Colton or even Marcus gave it. This Nikolas is like a New England, whitewash version of the Nikolas character- which is GH’s MO, I mean look at the new “Jagger.” Adam just doesn’t do it for me.
