If anyone should find it “boring” it’s the wrong channel for them ! I love seeing all the work you do to your house, whether it be structural or decorative. Do you do the boiserie by yourself ? I’ve done quite a lot of that in my house, so I find your channel anything but boring. It’s right up my street !! ❤
I'm not a florally kind of guy... but the floral would be my first choice! It adds a little color and movement to your space 😊 I do love the Bordered curtain also....😮😅😊😊
I love the embossed floral fabric for the roller blind. I agree with getting the off white mattes for the picture frames and get smaller pictures for your hallway. Those frames are stunning and would look beautiful on that large wall in your hallway closer to where your new kitchen will be.
Morning Sheldon, Your designer brain knows exactly what it is doing right now, yes sure you can get “designer block” even the best does but right now you’re on fire with your internal thoughts 🎉. 1000000% neutral on neutrals can become a design 😮nightmare but sensory neutrals is a totally other thing. The embroidered fabric will bring so much warmth and candy for the eye on those beautiful windows. The fabric is certainly not screaming look at me but it is saying look how classy and luxurious I’ve made these beautiful windows 😊. I adore it and the subtle shimmer from the petals just so beautifully done, so you can guess that fabric for me is a total winner with light voile flowing lined curtains to each side of the blind. I would order some extra fabric in that beautiful pattern and make my own cushions for the big chair or get maybe two made to mingle amongst the others :) Your choice of wall paints are perfect for a period home without closing it in with darker choices, Little greene also have beautiful warm period tones of neutrals. Now also thank you 🙏 so very much for your beautiful thoughtful comment. I think you are a remarkable person some people find it hard to totally understand the works of such passionate people who donate a large portion of their life to creating the brains mood board into their reality. Sheldon, hello from Massachusetts. The joy that you have for your home brings me joy. I look forward to watching you. The dining room rug is gorgeous and looks better and better each time I see it. I think if you put artwork in your entry hall it might make it look and feel claustrophobic. I love the embroidered fabric for your blinds and think it would be a nice contrast. But with that being said, it might also make it a troublesome in trying to match other items in the room if that type of thing would bother you. Keep up the great work that you’re doing.
Oh love the second floral one, it’s my favourite option-It adds a little movement and a little subtle colour. Otherwise something warm toned and textured with a border. Whatever you choose will be stunning, just trust your instincts you have a great eye for decor ❤

I’ve got to say, this is my perfect Sunday watching your stunning vlogs😊. I love that you put so much thought and attention to detail into everything, I like to do this too! I’ve got Roman blinds done with a linen fabric but have a border across the bottom with the matching pelmets in the same colour and I love it 😍 I think you should go with the floral one you love and pick out a slightly deeper colour that’s on the floral fabric to pull it out, but there’s no doubt whatever you decide to do, it will be perfect. Love the gallery frames and if your unsure what to put in them, until you make up your mind, you might want to put in some of the samples of fabrics/wallpaper in your neutral tones until you make a decision rather than rush it. Love the other frames and they are going to look absolutely fabulous too. I also have been looking for inserts in various sizes but haven’t been able to find them so would really appreciate it if you could put the website up of the shop you’ve bought them from. Yesss the embroidery flower fabric is beautiful that’s my first choice then that second weave pattern with brown boarder is my second choice !!!!!!!!!! Maybe flower during the warmer seasons and the second for fall/winter maybe 😂
Sheldon, those frames with the metal on the insert as well are stunning! That little touch of the metal on the insert makes such a difference. That embroidered floral fabric I think would look amazing & just add a little something to that corner - the textured chenille linen one is a gorgeous fabric, but maybe more for a cushion/ chair upholstery or a headboard even, but for the blinds I think that floral one would really pop & just look amazing! Just love to hear you talking through your thought process when you're picking decor. I'm currently on wallpaper sales website looking for wallpaper for a house that I haven't even bought yet 🤣😂 Putting our house on the market next spring/ summer & it cannot come soon enough!!! Will have to make do with Pinterest mood boards until then hahaha x

I love your channel, everything you have done looks beautiful.
Ask if they can do the floral pattern you like as a border but only on the bottom of your blind not the sides, as you said your not going to have them right down, and remember the blind can fade with sun, so just maybe have the pattern on inside of blind so it looks plain outside, make it easier when you’re choosing other blinds around your house 👍❤
I enjoy the flower stitched one for the window treatment but will you get tired of it? I enjoy it though. But maybe you should just get one of the neutral ones.
I do like the embroidery fabric, however I did not see it up against your new rug. A fabric with texture and design might provide a bit more interest to your beautiful room. Perhaps getting more of these types of fabric samples prior to making a final decision ? You are doing such a great job and it is clear you are putting a lot of thought into everything. Floral blind I think will clash with your rug Sheldon & I think a blind is sufficient would not have curtains & blinds. Blind with a boarder v nice. Your last choice looked good but not sure of the texture of the fabric.
The embroidered pussy willow fabric is lush. Although, a plain linen with boarder would also look beautiful. Would you use the same curtains as your front reception room to frame it? I've exactly the same chairs/cover combo (I copied from Lydia Millen when she had them) Thank you for detailing your replacement slip covers, I'll take a look.
I love transitional and you do it so well. I agree with the others, the embossed fabric is stunning. It's one I would never think to choose but can see myself absolutely loving. Its out of your comfort zone so having it on just the shade is a perfect way to bring in a subtle yet beautiful POP! Your eye is amazing.
My opinion is ---- No floral - I think, that's not you and after a few months you will hate it 🫣 and I think it's to much pattern with the rug. I'm looking forward to your decision 😊
