I'm currently reading Wild Love by Elsie Silver and its good. For summer I would always recommend Tessa Bailey or Christina Lauren.

when you asked about adult academia about faeries, i thought of A Study in Drowning but!! it's YA i think. I need some good fae books, so please give recommendations as well! I read Half a Soul after watching a video from you and I loved it! Also your review of otherlands is totally valid in some points, I think the reason I liked it was because I read the first book and the otherlands back to back so it's blurry to me where one book started and the other ended, and I was definitely there for the vibes of it all lol

i do have a study in drowning ! i'll try to get to it this fall but yeah i'm afraid it'll be too YA for my liking :/ i will for sure share any good fae book that i can find 🫶🤍 that's completely fair, if you want something fun and viby those books are perfect !

Congrats on cutting coffee, my coffee addiction is reaching another level at the moment... 😅 I used to only drink 1 in the morning, but now I could drink coffee 3-4 times a day... 😵‍💫 Really have to try Matcha soon! The readathon has been so much fun, thank you for organizing it so well! 🧡

I tried giving up caffeine (I only had 1 in the morning and rest decaf) but I've been drinking it most my adult life so it was bad. After 2 weeks I thought the headaches and sleepiness weren't worth it and went back to 1 a day. (so much better) I felt worse not drinking it than drinking it ha (that's my excuse anyway lol)

I’m sorry that the second Emily Wilde book was a disappointment for you. It was the same for me in Divine Rivals. The first book was fantastic! But the second was eh. I’m still reading Circe but I’m really enjoying it and I’m about 50 pages into the book :) I started the audiobook to The Unmaking of June Farrow today and I heard a lot of good things about it! I just finished another book by the same author (Adrienne Young) called Fable and I LOVED IT I haven’t read something so good in so long! Like most of my reads lately have been kinda mediocre but this one really got me excited about reading again so I can’t wait to read the sequel. I hope you have a great trip to Italia 💚🤍❤️

i also have the divine rivals books on my tbr, i'll get to them this fall but they might be too YA for me too ... i'm so glad that you're enjoying circe, i preferred SoA but circe was still really nice ! i really really liked june farrow, i hope you'll do too and you're the second person telling me how much they loved fable so i think i'll check it out 👀 thank you so so much lovely i'll share the trip in a vlog 🥰🤍

@@stuffcelinedoes DR is pretty ya but I am a ya so its perfect for my tastes at the moment hehe. I also really enjoyed SoA so many good quotes from that book, it still makes me sad thinking about that book :,< Fable is so worth it! It is ya but I just had such a good time and the world building was awesome, it had everything I wanted and I didn't even know I was looking for it. Can't wait for the travel vlog!
