Well in rest position it comes pretty close. But as soon as you start exercising, the sensors can't keep up. And it gets stuck at 60 or somewhere around there. So yes, there are sensors in it, but they are very weak and not too trust
@@kiwitimereviews its not just about sports. Most of fake sensors show results typical for healthy resting person. This kind of test is useless if you did not raise your hearth rate by faster walk, pushups, burpees etc. Then fake watch will show its programmed regular hr and real sensor will show raised hearth rate same about spo2. Checking it has literally no point as long as you are not flying a plane or you have lowered spo2. On regular basis you can write on paper 98% and say yay i missed by 1% close enough
