Even though I've been listening to rock and metal for years, this masterpiece has remained hidden to me until now. I guess not everyone is ready right now to fully understand this epic wisdom by this song, but i wish that one day everyone will. God bless you
Carlos, there are seven keys: 1st Key- Sea of Hate 2nd Key- Sea of Fear 3rd Key- Sea of Senselessness 4th Key- Sea of Greed 5th Key- Sea of Ignorance 6th Key- Sea of disease/Sickness 7th Key- Sea(Portal) Locking Satan away from this world
It's brings me to another time... Brings me back to the past... Good and old times! 1992... When I was 17... An earthquake, squirting fire, bursting ground Satan's screaming, and earth swallowing him away! Yoooooooouu're the keeper of the seeeeeven keeeeeeeys, You locked up the Seven Seas And the Seer of Visions can now rest in peace There ain't no more demons and no more disease And mankind, live up, you're free again Yes the tyrant is dead, he is gone, overthrown You have given our souls back to light R.I.P. Ingo
This song has a theological and powerful message, it's in other words the same story of redemption we have heard before somewhere else, and it even has seven as a number that represents the perfection like this song.
@@manuelgonzalezmarti9582 Right. Especially using Lucifer and Satan in the lyrics. That really leaves no doubt as to where the inspiration comes from. Using that it's easy to deduce who the keeper of the seven keys is meant to represent.
Solid Gold. Not as heavy or thrashy as part one, but blows part one out of the water with its epicness. Bought this at 13 on a field trip to D.C. This is some of the greatest crafted songwork you will ever come hear in your lifetime. Thanks for posting the song
I see where tenacious D got the inspiration for their movie... Amazing song, I heard it before but many many years ago I wasnt much into helloween tbh and I didnt even stop to hear the lyrics or anything now I can see why people praise those cds so much.
Oh yes... I agree. That is beautiful. But I must say, the ending part where Kiske makes his final long -> light........................., is incredible :D
this song reminds when i was happy and didn't know it, i was 12 when i first listened to this song, after a break of listening to helloween (and metal in general) i was listening to stairway to heaven and thought about this song, this song really brings me good memories, damn...
amazing song, keeper of the seven keys is amazing artists, Helloween are amazing lyrics, Helloween has super long songs but enjoyable to hear, Helloween has THANK YOU FOR THE LYRICS!!!
Kiske still does... if not exactly the same voice than a one very well close to this. I mean, I know it's been 2 years since your comment and decades after Kiske sang this in his eighteen but you you have to listen to their United Alive version if you haven't done so yet.
astuinpaskaan so the epic journey ofj a man with magic powers that can save humanity from doom are just shitty lyrics, ok. Not every metal band have to talk about transcendence and metaphisical things like tool. i like them but maynard is too full of himself and most of the lyrics are not genious but just nonsensical things "why can't we not be sober", yeah... right. My point is this is not shitty lyrics, fucking justin beaver lyrics are stupid and shitty but not this, there is a difference.
Lo mejor que pudieron hacer fue REUNIRSE ver dos veces 17-18 seguidas a los padres del power metal es lo mejor que me pasó.Gracias a mi hermano Dani 🙈😅😂🤣😍🥰😁
The sixth key is disease, though it is not mentioned specifically in the lyrics, but at the order in which it is sung. The seventh and the last is to seal and imprison Satan in the grounds.
@ricardoescuder mmmm I see... sipi ejej espero que le hallan gustado los videos la verdad lo hago para k la gente pase un buen rato disfrutando de la buena musik
Actually I've been thinking about that same thing because I'm also close to baritenor and thus many old Helloween stuff seem to fit my voice very well. Just need to work more with my lower headvoice area to be able to sing with the same range and still sound powerfull :D
Tristan Lumme i mean i am actually a low tenor, but because my tone is almost the same as kiske's, and my lowest chest is Eb2, and i know Kiske is NOT a tenor, so yea
