This hardly compares to cartoons like Courage the Cowardly Dog or PowerPuff Girls (2000), the shit animators got away with is much higher, Helluva feels like it's only touching the surface or creepy.

Stolas and Blitzo are in a forbidden relationship that is doing damage around the people they care about. If they're happy others will suffer. Blitz lost his wife and kid, while Stolas is on the verge of losing his. It's a shame that they only found happiness together, yet they're not supposed to.
@@conrradotorres4653 blitzo dosent have a wife and kid, he lost his mom and sister but that has little to nothing to do with stolas. despite the chains stolas is a net positive for him. he got a free trip to the human world and a sugar daddy that loves him. blitzo messed up stolas marriage but that was unhappy to start with, no loss, might mess up his class net nutreal cause hes unhappy in his cage. Octavia is the only variable, and if it was blitzo or her i have no doubt he'd drop blitzo. he wanted them to get along thus loo loo land but that didn't go well so after loo loo land he's keeping them separate.
As a small explanation, the white marks on imps(the demon species the main characters are except Loona the wolf girl lol) are actually scars from previous injuries. Everyone thinks that Blitzo got his big scar from his face from his past life as a clown with Fizzaroli
Why the two didn't get killed by Stolas is because unless they were still a threat to him or those he cares for they would've been dead but since they were shitting themselves he saw them as non-threatening and just decided to scare them. Stolas doesn't like violence and finds warfare moronic in the book of Solomon that describes the Ars Goetia. also the symbol drawn on the floor that the chick was standing on is Stolas' actual sigil in the book
This episode hits different once you see what comes after/ before (flashbacks) when you realize moxxies insult hits hard, (spoliers warning!)) blitzo can't spell, I don't think he went to any sort of schooling and it's something he's ashamed of, it's why his hallucination comments of his inability to comprehend "Satan's plain english" and later when texting stolas you see he can hardly respond.."git bevver swoon" is the best he could do. Makes you think about the layers of the characters

FUN FACT! Avians have cloacas, so "bird puss" is a rather specific phrase, but at the same time, Chaz refers to himself as having a big dick singular, despite being a shark demon, leading me to believe Blitz∅ might've gotten the phrase from somewhere else, but if it was a slip up, it'd likely be after abit of them not sleeping together. That or it could also be a slip up if Blitz∅ just didn't think much of what was going into the sex part of their relationship, which depending on which popularized version of pan you're using, could be in character. He also seems unimpressed by characters with big dicks post coitus, and (in the pilot) has Stolas marked in his phone as something along the lines of "weird bird dick" which could imply he doesn't care about dicks themselves, but the *people* behind them. Then again, while all of that could be simultaneously true, I'm starting to realize that it was probably just a reference to bussy.
