Lowell Spangler takes out a borrowed Suzuki RM250 2 stroke machine for his 250 A motos at Pagoda Spring Pro-Am in Birdsboro, Pennsylvania. Spangler would take the moto win after racing most of the moto with his handlebars down low toward the gas tank.

Haaahaaa, THAT'S how you race motocross. 2 stroke needs more balance aggression strength insurance and talent. So much for the great 4 stroke debate...and this was with handlebars falling down...lol. Lowell Spangler is awesome. I remember interviewing him for Playground Magazine in his lady Amateur face at Raceway Park KROC. Novel job Lowell, great editing Woz. 👍✌💗😎😃

If you ride a 250f too its full potential you should shred a 250 2 stroke on a track, as you can see in the video, there isn't that much of a differenc e.

Ya, I think they're pretty evenly matched. I'd prob opt for a 2t for weight and cost; also a 250 2t should accelerate off the gate faster unless it's mud.

ive always felt i do better in mud races on my 2t then my 4t. but im biased and like my yz250 much more then my 400f because of weight heightand accelaration..

A two stroke acts more like a hot cam. Way more than the hot cams.
