Helms Deep (+Gandalf&Mordor-version) 

The swords are made of cardboard, also these...things on their helmets. (I'm desperately searching the right english words... :\ ) The swordgrips are just several layers of cardboard. The shields are ball-pen plugs, which I strained to that form and the hands on them are stickers I made. But one of the (ork-, not Uruk hai-)swords is made out of a molten ball-pen..*g*

So many questions...;) I think, I already described that in a comment somewhere here... But ok. The handles are just more layer of cardboard glued together; and the going-through is made with shorter versions of the swords. Quite simple!

That's a real Playmobile helmet, I just made that cardboard helmet-plate. But I fear, this helmet type is not produced anymore. :( The ball pen-sword can be seen at 3:12. ;D It looks a little like glass...

Hm. I can't remember anymore... Maybe a week. I shot it in my younger sister's room(These are all HER Playmobiles), so I had to hurry. ;)

Wow, you must have a lot of patience, i did a stop motion, and it took me about half an hour and i was getting annoyed.

I wanted him in a film, but I didn't want to make a Minas Tirith-film, gondorian armours would've been difficult to make ;)

The vice effects are from the Pinnacle-program. The bubbles are just written on paper and cut out. :)

Don't get discouraged! The more stop-motions you make, the faster (and better) you'll get at it..;)

Um, I wrote ball pen PLUGS, but I meant ball pen CAPS... :\ Very cheap pens from the supermarket.

You and Adamlovesjaws have asked the same question, I tried to answer it as good as possible... ;)

That might have been the coolest thing I've ever seen, minus the Gandalf and Mordor thing.

Ich hab nur eine analoge Videocam, nehme durch schnelles rec./stop-drücken auf. Das erklärt die eher ruckelnden Animationen(4-6 gleiche Frames) ;)
