I taught Emily in 6th grade. She was a light then, and she's a light now! Let children be bored. Teach them to seek stillness. Such wise counsel.

Really good advice for the rising generation, but to us older ones, too! It is astonishing that the quietest and stillest moment we might have is during the night. And if observed carefully, we sometimes invade that crucial time by not going to bed on time and so on: work, school or simply a hobby might keep us awake, robbing us from that stillness and recuperation that we can get only through night sleep. Further, I think it's no coincidence that God has spoken and given visions to prophets all throughout history during their sleep. But I totally agree with the message of this video. I don't know about that finding a quiet or separate spot, but the rest sounds like something that can be done indeed!
