I know exactly how you feel. Just think of it as something you have to do in order to be successful. So, before you call someone, make sure you do your research about the issue so that you are ready to talk about it. When receiving calls make sure your tools are ready for work; for example, everything that you will most likely need to use during the call (like a notepad, password reset system open, and etc).
