With only A grass trimmer, shovel, homemade broom 🧹 small plastic trash 🗑 can and a dirt rake cleared dirt debris trash tall weeds from a beautiful stone sidewalk... that speaks volumes about these two men! Would love to know where this is...

Yes, I also would like to know where this is. It is definately not the USA, "Asian hats on bicyclists, sweeping with broom, small container for rubbish to haul away. Tiawan? Vietnam? somewhere in that area I would imagine.
