Lauren, I just want you to know that my life is full and busy. I have a job, partner, kids etc but your weekly vlog takes 100% priority at 6pm on Sunday evenings. I hide in my bedroom for an hour and enjoy every second. You are bloody wonderful ❤

As a 40yr old who absolutely thrives alone, my best advice will always be, the thoughts you have in your own head about how other people see you is nearly always completely wrong and, at the end of the hour, the person living rent free in your head will NEVER remember you again.

It’s my firm belief that doctors/the government would prefer to have a quick fix for weight loss (for example this new pill they’re prescribing for “weight management”), rather than funding mental health and trying to understand the root cause of our struggles. I find that so upsetting. It’s like trying to put a plaster on a broken knee. On the plus side I love your videos - I’m quite new! 🤍

I´m now pretty much convinced we´re sisters, right down to the bun, the constant wearing of headphones or loops to muffle the outside world, dark chocolate digestives and the skin tag shame. Speaking of which: you do NOT need to take out a second mortgage to get it removed. If the clinic is very expensive, please look for a beautician and 'electrolysis', because they can remove it for you that way. Fast, cheap, affordable! Since my hysterectomy and oophorectomy 4 years ago, I have fibromyalgia and an essential tremor and my meds and chronic kidney infections have caused me to put on 35kg. Hey Lauren, I had gastric sleeve surgery here in the UK 4 years ago. I paid privately for it. I was told all sorts of things. I was told id never want sweets etc again. Well I lost weight initially. I went from 21 stone to 13 stone 2lbs at my lowest. But after 4 years resistance started going away and I was able to start slipping into my old ways ( my fault I know) But my biggest regret was not addressing my binge eating disorder first. Surgery never changed my mindset and i still had the same feelings etc. Just a tip to anyone please address your minds issues first. Dont make the same mistakes I did. I now have a daughter i never thought id have so i dint regret my surgery but I still struggle with my weight. Im back at 17 stone 5lbs. So now i have constant thoughts of being a failure. I feel my whole life has just been based on diets and feeling crap about how i look. I know so many people can relate. Anyway, i love your videos and i think your a breath of freah air.

Lauren .... you think too much... give your brain a rest... nobody is consciously looking at you... you are just probably in their line of vision but they don't see you... you're really not that interesting to them.. I don't want that to sound disrespctful but most people are so obsessed with themselves they are not aware of what's going on around them. Don't be too picky with your green space either... any park and nature is a blessing so again, stop thinking about it and get yourself out there... Breathe in the fresh air, listen to birds if you're lucky enough to have them.... and just occasionally put your phone away and just be in the moment... sorry if I sound preachy but you really are too hard on yourself.
