Pilgrims of the National Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help have, for years, come to this humble, simple Marian Shrine in Champion, WI for peaceful prayer, reverent devotion to Jesus through intercessory prayer with Our Blessed Mother, Mary. We head for The Shrine in the morning on our way to Door County. (My wife Karen's beautician told her about the Shrine and we are excited be there.)

The great Peshtigo fire in Wisconsin in 1871 killed over 1200 people. The only property the fire did not ravage was the 5 acres that made up the chapel and surrounding buildings. The people came with their animals to shelter there and were protected by the Virgin Mary.

I am ordered to of been with deacon and Jerry: on visit to the site in October 2017. For sure as I got out of the car before my feet touch the ground I had a feeling of peace. @@jsharp9735 Without Mama Mary, Jesus would not be born. The Holy Spirit needed a pure vessel and God created that in Mary. Yes we need both of them indeed.

You're on a Catholic channel and you keep insisting on your Protestant beliefs. 🤣 Yes keep trying so hard, keep letting the devil influence you in bashing Mama Mary and you know where you'll end up. Go on, keep commenting more like you do. Make Jesus sadder than He already is by what you are doing instead of respecting His mother. Don't say I didn't warn you. Anyway if you can't understand why then clearly you need to pray to God more and ask for wisdom to understand why so many Catholics have experienced numerous miracles because of the Mother of God whom God Himself created.
