Bipolar depression can be challenging to deal with. Recently, I have bipolar 2 and recently went through a depressive episode. I learned a couple new helpful tips for dealing with bipolar depression that I want to share with you. Deleting social media, keeping a clean and positive environment really helped me during this past depressive episode. Also, another major tip is keeping healthy snacks around the house. Eating unhealthy foods when depressed negatively affects our mental health.
