This rhetoric will be a joke inside the industry circles because the power who controls the industry is the mafia- they are the industry ---- *The current status QUO is to be accepted -is the hidden message - 🎯if the report took 7 long years to be out - it was intentional - so that the seriousness will die down in time. the Mafia Won with this report too. 🎯 The report is released at a time when the Mallu film industry is in the limelight and the malayalis are enjoying this. If you cannot cope 'leave the film industry n go' 'If you cannot cope leave that job n take some other job'. The main issue is why these " me too women" complain after decades. For them cinema chances were more important than self respect. If they valued self respect they should have complained or protested at the time of incidence it self. It looks very hypocritical.

Looking at the comments here saying, "its your industry, you should clean it up, why blame the public" - This is the exact reason why women today say "all men are culprits". Some rape happens in some other part of the country, the rest are silent. A dalit girl is raped, there is no uproar. Some girl trying to be herself with a little bit of freedom, there are nasty comments by some men, while the rest of the men take it as joke, or dont do anything about it. If a woman speaks up against a certain politician or a celebrity with a fan following, she is trolled, death/rape threats etc.. Even if the trollers want to abuse a man, they do it via rape threats to his mother/sister/daughter on social media. Even if a girl makes it big somehow, there are hawks waiting for one slip from her to bring her down and satisfy their ego.

The HEMA commission report's a complete joke, if you ask me. No names, no victim, no one accused - how’s anyone supposed to know who’s in the wrong? How’s the police meant to do anything when they’ve got no idea who they're after? Honestly, the public should be up in arms against HEMA for not naming names.
