The divespot is in Hemmoor. This is in northern Germany. A chalk lake with many diving attractions. You can also rent a house and stay there for a few days, like we did.

These are items from a diving school. These are actually located in the chalk lake in Hemmoor near Cuxhaven, Germany. This was an old chalk pit that was operated until 1976 and then closed down. After that, the pit filled with groundwater and rainwater, which is today's chalk lake. The operator of the diving school (Holger Schmoldt), a former professional diver, discovered the lake in the late 1980s. He fell in love with the body of water and developed it into a diving spot. Over time, he sank more and more attractions: cars, caravans, trucks, a sailing boat and a small plane. There are also some "relics" under water from the industrial period, such as truck ramps (which look like bridges), conveyor belts, a vibrator and a concrete building with a bridge and underground passageways.

Dort kann man tatsächlich welche einwerfen. Wasserfeste Postkarten gibt es an der Tauchbasis. In bestimmten Abständen wird der Kasten geleert :-)

Nothing happened, it was a great experience

The Tipper ist welded. The possibility of it falling is very small.

If it blew out a hose and lost fluid that body would drop on you, never even see it coming.
