12v submersible pump, 9v battery or an adapter,

Hot glue and scissors.

Yes, it can run continously (You can turn off and on any number of times)

Yes, Its fast. Somewhere around 500ml per minute.

How do I connect the pump to the battery, I saw other videos which used a switch but you never mentioned a switch

Please refer the below video. Use a pump instead of a led light. I generally do not use a switch in my projects. You can add one if you need it for exhibitions. Instructions for adding a switch is given in the below link. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xQ-P-LXG_rw.html

Im using a 12V adapter. It is at the back of the model. You can also use a 9V battery with a switch.

Please refer the below video. Replace the led light in this video with the submersible pump. The pump has two wires red and black. Connect them in appropriate terminals as shown in the video. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xQ-P-LXG_rw.html

Yes syringe will work very well. Use a 60ml syringe if possible. It can hold more liquid.
