Secondly, I was wondering about how people (perhaps more diet-conscious ones) often talk about how different foods, ie. coffee vs lemon water affect the pH of their bodies. Likewise, I've encountered people drinking only alkaline water. Would this affect O2 transport by Hb or am I simplifying things too much?
Good explanation, I would like to inform u one correction in your write up that in the last para of left hand side u have written H+ ion conc. increase in thr blood, pH decrease. I think there should be pH increased. Thanks.
