I am a novice and had a hemorrhagic stroke with very little deficit. I am aware of the statistics as they relate to hemorrhagic strokes and I use this event to lose weight, read label to minimize my sodium intake, take my bp meds religiously and more. My question is if the affected area has better blood flow, will this enhance my balance and neuroplasicity? Thank you
"FAST - If you see any of these signs, it's time to immediately rule out the stroke" Do you not mean the opposite, why would you rule it out if you're showing signs of a stroke ?
