I just went to this place for the first time today. What a difference 2 months makes. Its like riding in a tunnel with everything all lush and green. They added some more black expert trails that are boulder city! Just rocks and boulders and more rocks. Definitely the most technical trail on LI at the present time. There are some glacial erratics that have to be seen to be believed.
Were is the main entrance to park your car? I drove to Hempstead Harbor Woods today and i was closed. There was a big sign that said HEMPSTEAD HARBOR WOODS - Town o North Hempstead AERODROME no trespassing "Use by permit only. Is this the only entrance? Or is there a another entrance from the video you showing? Thanks

I went to harbor woods expecting it to be good but it was some of the worst trails i've ridden on long island, the green hiking trail is literally the best trail in the trail system, what a sad waste of volunteer time.
I went there once and didn't like it. That was two years ago. I hope they added some new trails because the original ones were hard to ride and caused to many pedal strikes.
