Those in Henderson are voicing their concerns over a development on top of a toxic site; known as Three Kids Mine, located off Lake Mead Boulevard and Lake Las Vegas Parkway.
The people that move in will get sick and have no idea why their health is bad. This city and state is behaving like a straight criminal no shame of their unlawful conduct if they brake law they switch it so they don’t stop their bad behavior.

@@AeonFlux212 I was there, up close, that puppy burned for a week and a half, couldn't get away from the smell with a swamp cooler, never sent me a dime. Same thing with the magnesium rocket manufacturer that amazingly caught fire right after they became illegal because of nine plus two. The rules for contamination were just raised above. People at that fake lake complaining about dust, what kind of dust? They don't even realize that that water goes through the whole valley and runs through that two foot deep toxic water front. And that is before it hits the lake and turning fish androgynous, etc. We were mid way of Nevero st., where back then turned into desert, you should have seen the black and orange column and mushroom cloud towering above, and the heat!

It was a mine with a mill. They took big rocks and made them smaller. Put the rocks in trucks and shipped it to the processer. The dust you see is just dust.
yikes...this comment is why we need public health education, awareness, safety..its like folks don't know how toxic & contaminated floodwaters are after a big hurricane or storm & will go wading in it...all the septic drains/pipes are flooded as well as the decomposing bodies which might carry bloodborne pathogens...the toxic dust is like drinking contaminated water over years - invisible until tumors start to grow rapidly or mental health/cognitive decline
