Thanks for the video. I have my first two tanks and I'm finding that on my panzer 3 I keep derailing the treads. They seem pretty loose and have been trying to figure out a way to tighten them. Any suggestions?
RC Tanks 24/7 Exactly mate , i went and bought all the hatch upgrades for a Tiger I and Kpfw IV and then bottled it. I have no experience at all and i have scoured youtube looking for relevant videos without luck. I dont want to cock up an expensive tank because of inexperience so i would welcome anythinf along those lines.
Ericusmaximuscifi I have seen a technique where by you use cotton or string and cut with that. Using a back and forth motion eventually cuts through the plastic. You just need a pilot hole
Not sure if yourstill into these, but do you know how i could get a rusted pin out? Im kinda not wanting to destroy the track but at the same ti e im willing to break it if their is no other option.
For me it was much easier to remove the drive wheel. I banged on the pin a lot, but it didn't budge. So I pried of the hub cap thing on the drive wheel and unscrewed it. Then a bit of gentle tugging made the track come off.
I don’t understand I did it to once and it worked then tried it a second time and it didn’t work, until I took a watch makers tool and forced one the pins out, guessing that they must’ve been really dirty, now I’m going to let them sit in warm soapy water, hopefully it fixes that problem
hi bro. nice video. so my RC tank was running smoothly for an hour. later on one side of its track tyres are not working or moving for my remote control fwd/bkwd/sidewd/ commands whats the possible solution? only the other side track tyres are operational thats it. please respond thanks
@@RCTanksTrucks247 Oh. I bought the tank about 20 years ago but never used it. Now my grandson wants to play with it. So I bought a new battery and got it going but as soon as it went on some grass, one of the plastic tracks snapped. I'd like to fix it so my grandson can play with it. Should I just get a new pair of plastic tracks? Thank you for your help.
Have you tried to open it up to look inside? It could be any number of things wrong with it. Something could be jamming the wheel externally or maybe the gears have got stuck or the motors had it. Only thing that I can suggest is that you open it up and see what is going on with it and go from there. Sorry that I can't be more helpful. 😈
@@wulfheremercianwarrior2747 Well unfortunately that's probably the only thing that you could do with it now unless you're willing to open it up. Just a thought though. Have you tried checking to see if there's anything wrapped around the drive wheel? Cos stuff like hair can stop a drive wheel very efficiently. Anyway whatever happens. Good luck with it. 😈👍

"Pick any hole" they said, It will be out they said. seriously, I tried all of em holes and tried to unpin the pin using one of stock track's pin, they wont come out :c help please
Haha, it can get frustrating but they do come out. Just make sure that the pin diameter used to push the track pins out is slightly smaller. Also they only go in one way.
YOUR tracks are plastic, mine are metal (I assume removal of mine, are like removal of yours), I saw a video a day or two back where you didn’t need to remove a pin. You had to remove a road wheel.
RC Tanks 24/7 i figured out to use a thumbtack with metal end. :) question= are there ways to buy metal hulls/ turrets (or any body parts) so i dont have to paint my tank?
