Henke Buffalo Roller Mill 101 

Educational video on the initial start up and running of a new Henke Buffalo Roller Mill.
Featured in this demonstration video is the Henke Buffalo 1254 Roller Mill with low profile inlet auger and 18' discharge belt.
Correct PTO alignment, proper setting of rolls, belt tension and expected noises.
Several key does, don'ts and safety advisements are covered.
The 1254 Roller Mill can be powered via Electric Drive or PTO.
Electric Drive requires 50-60 HP and PTO is 60-80 HP.
The roller mill running a 1-1 drive will process approximately 4,500 bushels per hour, same mill with a differential drive running high moisture corn will process approximately 3,600 bushel per hour.
