One of the most unknown guitar greats of this generation. I think anyone would be hard pressed to come up with a living blues guitarist who plays with more skill and soul than Henrik. It’s a shame he is not more widely known.
Enjoy it. I agree. Looks like he carry on Gary Moore playing style to the max. Slow burn....toward the end..It is eargasmic. Just like the One and Only Mr. Gary Moore. That is why Gary Moore is on top my favorite by guitar player. If Hendrik comes to America, I will definitely go see him for sure.
@@whiskeyandcigarettes2785 I agree. Those bends take skills. I was never a guitar player but at one point I was practicing playing "Black Dog" by Led Zeppelin, almost peel my fingers off. It was hard. And the way Gary / Hendrik played it make it look very easy. Until this day, I still have my Ibanez guitar in my closet collecting dusts. Gary vibrato are amazing.

Saw this guy at Maryport Blues Festival on 30th July 2017. I've seen a lot of blues acts in my life, but my god! His 3rd from the end song (wish I knew the name..) touched my soul. Felt my legs caving from under me. Thought I was going to melt! Brilliant!

Only found Henrik Freischlader a couple months back and this show is the first I heard the band do and I knew then that it was gonna be a hard road to top this but and I won't say topped anything but he hadn't lost anything either . Every album is right there and I can only hope he comes to the southeast coast of America soon when all the virus junk leaves us . Henrik man I have nothin but the upmost respect for ya brother so dont slow down and dont burn out and anything as of yet you haven't accomplished man just know you will in your on time and peace be with ya and the guys cause these are strange days we live in but man do you make my days so much better and peace to anyone lucky enough to hear your music during these days it's all gonna be fine with people like Cable Car Records outting this out there is gonna be fine !!!
