In the book of administration industriel et general, decentralization is not a principles of management according to the principles of henry feyol. Decentralization is opposote word of centralization but its not a principle of management. Be careful in this concept.

Nice session, but while explaining the principle can you please take one real-time example which seems more close to listeners. He helps to stick that principle to memory along with example quite nicely. Hope that helps. Thanks for this initiative. Really helpful for many people.

It's actually Esprit de Corps not Espirit de Corps. Espirit doesn't make sense in French. Overall a very nice video (y)
