He's a Leo like me and yeah that sounds like a Leo. You get told something or hear something, you double it to basically say "leave me alone." I could tell his sign before I knew it was August. We are good people and loyal people who love to protect. But we also need to be the leader, star of the show and taking directions and being told what to do doesn't work. I'm 40 and currently hate the job I've had now for almost 7 years. The first five years were fine but then I've had to endure a new and awful boss in the past year and a half which has made life extremely difficult and depressing. I've just been assigned to very meaningless tasks and relatively basic admin work. My job was never that high level but this boss is micro managing, obsessed with minor details, never stops working, poor communicator, occasionally scapegoat you, far too corporate minded. Anyway, what are my options at this age? I've never had a clue what to do with my life and perhaps I never will but I just need to get out of my current situation for now. At the same time I can't just quit, I need something to move onto but I have no vocational qualifications. The only other option is starting a business I guess but have zero business skills or knowledge
If you’re truly not happy, truly truly fed up of being fed up.. Step towards your passion, or at the very least step in the direction that brings you most fulfillment. Sometimes that means staying in the position you are, but for a determined amount of time. This takes a change in mindset, being that you are still unhappy with the current job but can be motivated and reassured you have an actual plan to move forward. Sometimes you need to rip the bandaid off immediately and say I’m leaving today. This is not advised as it leaves you without a predetermined plan, but now forces you to make one as you start your new journey. Figure out what’s best for you, change your mindset on how you’re viewing things, and begin to change the small things you can change that you don’t like about life right now. You absolutely can be happy, you got this🫱🏾🫲🏽

This whole event will encourage another person to make an outrageous comment without any fear because they know nothing will happen to them. Another thing is anyone that has been rightfully offended by Ryan Garcia's hateful behaviour and comments, and if they are now calling for him to be beat up or even killed, should their emotional pain and anger be understood or should it be seen as inciting hate and violence? Because i know of cases where someone said something extremely offensive about Muslims in the past and then that islamophobic person was also spoken of in a similar way meaning that some defended him and others said he should be killed. And there was someone who was emotionally triggered who had access to him and could do something about it which eventually led to the islamophobic person being killed. And then the one who killed him was arrested and eventually unalived as part of his sentencing.
