Keep trying. If you haven't worked out in a while, these exercises may seem difficult the first time around. They definitely were for me :)

if you become advanced at these techniques you might try to add pebbles or soup cans in the tea pot. My brother in law mentioned that.

I’ve been doing the double weight ankle hang for 8 years now. I have managed to work my way up to one can of tuna each bag and still there. I have not gotten weaker!

I just want to look good naked. Will this give me the results I seek? I don't really need Gerard Butler's physique; Kirk Douglas' would be fine. Do chicks dig Spartacus?
