Here's Henry on steroids with a Turbo electric head that gobbles up everything in its path. Follow me on Instagram. / ibaisaic Follow me on Facebook. / ibaisaic
Hi Rodger I have two numatic Henry's a cream and brown 1990 Henry and a red 2015 henry. I love watching your channel I was pleased when numatic week was announced keep up the good work.
Surely numatic can make a vacuum cleaner for the UK MARKET that has an electric motorhead and soft roller?! Surely?!? I'd love it to have properly stiff brushes to be able to agitate the carpet very well and maybe if it had some sort of hair wrap repellent too! If numatic announced it, I'd preorder one instantly! I think Roger's idea of making the electric head into a stand alone cordless head is also a very good idea! I'm an engineering student and I decided to turn a standard suction powered numatic head into a suction powered soft roller using a roller from a shark machine, using 3d printed adaptors. It works great, I don't know why it hasn't already been available to buy a suction driven soft roller for hardfloors so I spose I own the idea now🤪🤪
I agree. Numatic do make an industrial machine with a rotating brush, so it's not as though they are unable to make a product like a standalone turbo model. I asked them and they said they had lots of demand for an upright type model but it would be "different to what they are used to" ...
@@jamesshore2987 Numatic even have patents for an Upright machine.I personally think they are hesitant in entering the upright market due to the fierce competition and lack of ideas to seperate their machine from the rest.As you quoted that is not what they are use to.Numatic have perfected the Tub vacuum. There isnt a single other tub vac currently available that hasnt got a numatic feature/trait.If they was to go into uprights,it would probably be like a Sebo or simillar.Sebo have perfected the commercial upright so leaves no room for Numatic,Same way Numatic left no room for Sebo with their short lived private lable Jeyes SDV tub vacs.
@@a.a674 yes, that's true. But sebo haven't done much, if any, cordless work, so maybe Numatic could find a gap in the market. A battery upright. Truvox and Lindhaus have one out already. Could be an idea...
You don't need a cordless head, we purchased the turbo brush for our Henry is just spins from the suction. Works great with Labrador hair. It is a model with the two speed motor. The reason I purchased Henry after crap Dyson burning out its motor twice (replaced under warranty) I worked for Maplin for over 13 years, Henry was still going strong when I left, Maplin.
You can get one here but it’s nearly £100. www.candorservices.co.uk/products/numatic-300-mm-turbo-electric-power-brush-nozzle-green-nvt-11-a?variant=31803855241293¤cy=GBP&gclid=CjwKCAiA5Y6eBhAbEiwA_2ZWIT9c3iVPgf2Snw2uAScxgSczW1wG3z9enYAPZddHhgjMXU2pXQFsfBoCSOQQAvD_BwE
My 7 year old son, Adam Zad, would love a shout-out from his favourite vacuum video blogger.. YOU!! He has watched every single unboxing you've done; and has demonstrated the knowledge he's learned from your videos on the daily! Comparisons, demonstrations, and tests happen in our house almost every day. Does it count that his father owns a central vacuum store? He gets to demo new product. Thank you for your wonderful videos. A breath of fresh air to have a calm, polite vlogger on our tv.
I don’t have time to respond to every single comment or do individual shout outs. I have been doing shoutouts for several years for young vacuum fans around Christmas time. You can see all of them on my channel. Only people who follow my Facebook page will be able to request shoutouts.
@@ibaisaic Who said anything about EVERY. Some are special though... shame that you lump them all together as some annoying mass as 'EVERY'. Speaks volumes. Must be difficult being famous in your own mind.
Love watching you're videos and love the numatic vacumes would like to invent my own vacume one day still think you should give it a go as you know alot about vacumes.
nope your wrong henry turbo was first introduced in 1999 branded as the hvr204 same thing and then the hvr200-t and that ran along side along side all the other turbo care machines until 2011 but the henry hound was introduced in 2005 and was discontinued in 2014!
Such a shame that the Henry Hound never made it to our shores. It would have been a wonderful option to have had for my wool rugs with its high flow air channel and soft bristles. I think that they should use the power head to make an updated swift complete with on board tools.
Just acquired one of these. The electric hose is split. I was wondering if I could repair it or if I need a new one. Interesting that Henry's snout will accept a normal hose 🤔
@@vacuum_collector26 With the way you act,I genuinley dont think you was even alive when the Henry Hound was out 🤣🤣🤣🤣.The hound was long gone by then you fool. You could only get them after if ordered from certain suppliers who ordered a large quanity from Numatic.I was told that when I went to the factory. I actually remember the Hounds and Turbos being on sale mate. You probs wasnt even alive then 🤣
@@vacuum_collector26 Youre actually a liar mate.Hound and Turbo was never in comet 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 And the Harry and Henry hounds model numbers are the same but Harry Is HHR200A and not 22 like the turbo.Such an amatuer you are.Spend less time tryna act like a roadman and spend some more time using your brain
Hi, I've subbed and seen a few of your videos. I know you do not usually recommend Numatic hoovers for wall to wall carpets. I've seen you usually recommend the Miele C3 for that if I'm not mistaken? However, would you say that because of this electric brush, this Numatic model could be suitable for high pile wall to wall carpet? Otherwise, what's the best vacuum cleaner you'd recommend for that? Many thanks.
Numatic don’t make any vacuum cleaners with motorised power heads any more. A Sebo Automatic X7, Sebo Felix, Sebo D4 Premium or Sebo E3 Premium would be my choices for high pile carpet.
Well, making a cordless head would be a decent idea for the very impressive Henry cordless canister, but for corded machines, I would prefer a Wessel EBK360 (or even an in-house development equivalent) head and hose as the option. The power of two, as Rexair would say.
Can i put a full sized Hetty tub on a Numatic Turbo motor unit, the black top cos i dont like the full sized Hetty's hose, wand, handle and floor head. Roger is all right for me to put a full sized Hetty tub, the part were we put the dust bag in on a Henry or Numatic Turbo
I use a Sebo on my 1st floor and after reviewing hours of footage l ordered a Henry Blue Allergy machibe today after warching most og your videos. I then crossed my fingers. My allergies get worse when l use my upright Panasonic corded dual brush then l sneeze for 30-45 min. 😧😝☹
How to date these is the first 2 digits are the year and the second two digits are the week it was made on the 13 week of 2011. Henry Turbo is not your oldest one is your Henry Hound is it is from 2007. 5:43 Henry Hound is the pet version of the turbo with the odour reducing filter but I prefer it as the green colour looks nicer
@@vacuum_collector26 would you agree that the 2 side air vents that were used on henries from 1987 till 2006 look better than the longer central one on henries from 2006 till present?
@@vacuum_collector26 a lot of henries I’ve seen have had the newer air vent design lol. The henries in my old school most of them were made later than 2006. (There was a 2007 Henry there) but there was a couple push button henries there though.
Roger. The way to date a Henry is by the first 4 numbers on the serial number. (1113) means the 13th week of 2011. The other numbers are part of the production number. (01179) Hope this helps! :)
J S I agree, electric heads seem to be common in other countries, I don't know why they aren't sold here, I'd happily shell out the extra over the cost of an airflow powered head which I think sap power and don't perform as well as an electrically powered one.
@@spencerwilton5831 I think its to do with UK homes and floor types. Many homes are small and a good portion have hardfloors or Short piled carpets.Agitation isnt needed on either surface.Powernozzles like the one shown in the vid are also big and clunky, almost like pushing a games console around the floor. Its just not a practical solution
Keep up the good work on here mate form Greg Bouchard am a big fan of u do a really good job on here mate form Greg Bouchard am a big fan of u do a really good job on here mate form Greg Bouchard
Way off.The Turbo came in 1999 and was part of the main homecare line till 2009 where it was pulled from the mainstream lineup. They are now special order machines, this one being from 2011 is an example.I have been told by Numatic themselves that should a stockist order 100 or so machines like this, they do supply.
You need to review and demonstrate vacuums from this infamous brand called Eureka, Trust me, Eureka vacuums are actually really bad, they cant even do the job properly, so i recommend you to review their vacuum cleaners
