Henry Winkler talks new book, 'Being Henry: The Fonz … and Beyond' l GMA 

The best moment of 2023 was on December 12th when I had my picture taken with Henry in Portland, Oregon. He graciously offered to take pictures with everyone in the audience of 500+ people who had come to an event to see him speak about his book. I only got to say "Hi" and "Thank you", but he was the nicest man.

I love finding all the interviews about this time in Henry Winkler's life. I'm finding so many correlations with the coaching I do with my clients -- the fact he's been guided by a talk therapist (neuro-transformational coaching is similar) where he was asked questions to lead him to his authentic inner self. I'm all about "Alchemizing Your Best" by taking what you have learned and peeling back the things that society has trained us about. We as younger people do not know what we are doing and are moldable in ways that take "unlearning" later in life. I have done that and do that with other women -- it brings me great joy.
