@@RhysHill-ur8lq What she was describing. Fat buildup on internal organs is visceral fat and it can lead to higher risk of cardiovascular issues than subcutaneous, or under the skin, fat.
This is literally it. The cat doesn't want to get to the other side of the door, the cat just wants there to be no barriers in its territory so it can come and go as it pleases.
There are many lower back exercises that are gentle on the back. You can consider trying some out and find out that suits you. Also do stretching for the hip, quad and hamstring or even calf/ankle. Tight lower back often comes from the mix of weak muscle and loss of mobility on the spine and lower limbs. 10 minutes of stretching a day should be enough if done properly.
There have been days where I woke up, took a shower, and then watched streams basically all day in my 1100 sq ft house. Just going to the kitchen and walking to the bathroom I'll put in a few hundred.
So I actually have Fatty Liver Disease specifically from this. I don't drink alcohol at all but my liver basically thinks I'm an alcoholic and I have to keep my weight down so it doesn't make every other part of my body start self-destructing.
Life is hard. I am not here to shame anyone. I myself have a lot of things i need to work on. To that, I'd like to say i hope everyone with difficulties can overcome them in due time. Henya, me, or anyone suffering, I'd be hopeful we can all get through it. I really had a tough couple of days, I mean this with all sincerety.
Yeah…Henya gotta step up her exercising. What works for me is that I set up my recumbent bike in my game room so I can play video games while I’m exercising on it
Henya, if you do see this, you're gym trainer is correct. I used to eat a ridiculous amount of food, mostly because I comfort ate. I'm now in my early thirties and I'm paying for my overindulgence, and suffering joint damages because of gout.
You can lose weight if you go to Burger King, not because they have healthier food, but because their dry burgers will make you think you deserve better food and reconsider a lifestyle change.
It’s recommended to have some kind of exercise program to avoid feeling lazy. Even cooking takes some effort if you’re stirring or cutting ingredients, point is it’s important to move around and get enough nutrients from your food.
Henya, my genius, buy a smartwatch: it accurately tracks how much you walk. I'm also a hikikomori, and my smartwatch records 1k to 3k steps just by walking around the house doing regular stuff.
9:30 I love to cook and since I have skills already it feels lot less work than it actually is. I can imagine for somebody that a) does not have proper tools b) have not good skills it takes a lot of time and effort.
Eating fat isn’t as bad as the sugar companies made it out to be. Fat is just partly reverted into energy by the body so most of the fat you eat just comes out the other end. Soldiers before ww1 ate nothing but fat and none of them were overweight or had hart problems.
@@malcovich_games They are not fine. Most diets can be sustained for a couple of years without much issue and there are no long-term scientific studies on the fad. Conversely, we _know_ that meat misses a huge swathe of the nutritional profile and is associated with diseases like gout.
@@juice6521 Nobody's telling her to stand the whole 14 hours. A lot of standing desks are adjustable. Stand for a few hours, adjust it back to seat level and sit for a few hours.
Standing desks are little to no better than sitting desks. Standing still in a standing position for prolonged periods of time produces comparable damage to sitting. The problem is not the exact posture but remaining in the same position for prolonged periods. The real solution is to change position every ~15-30 minutes and to get up and move more frequently.
