A 45-year-old female patient, who underwent cholecystectomy six months ago, is currently experiencing a recent dull pain in the right upper quadrant. The ultrasound examination revealed a thick-walled cystic structure in the porta hepatis, characterized by bidirectional flow on color Doppler with the presence of the Pepsi/Ying Yang sign. Our diagnosis is Hepatic Artery Pseudoaneurysm, a rare complication associated with cholecystectomy. #health #hospital #medical #doctor #foryou #viral
