@@itbelikethat9031 1. I stopped eating/drinking Junk Foods 2. Two months I ate without Oil, Salt ,spices etc 3. I only ate curd & rice in whole 2 months 4. Plenty of water ( excessive water consumption plays key role in defeating hepitatis) + eat fruits as well like watermelon, pineapple , orange 5. & Medication ( as directed by Doctor GASTROLOGIST) 6. I got liver disease because of excessive drinking alcohol then I was in rehab and there was lack hygiene, contaminated and boring water. Which lead me to hepatitis A. I got cured then again I relapsed on drugs then I got re admited to rehab and then I got jaundice. I always drank boiled water and avoided water from any junk food stall any other place. But thanks to families poor choice I got hepatitis A and Jaundice.

@@itbelikethat9031 yeah this is normal due to our liver is in recovering process . And this will go away on its own in 1-2 months more . Don't eat nonveg , strongly avoid nonveg pls don't eat. This is not good for liver in this recovering time . And avoid drinking milk and cold drinks for some months . 👍 It helps you too much

I am, sadly lol. I started making fruit smoothies for breakfast using a brand of recalled mangoes and after a month started experiencing abdominal pain and some other symptoms. All the tests I did came back negative from the hospital, but my dad recently told me about the recall and advised that I should look into hepatitis A and it’s symptoms. I am hoping additional tests will confirm that I contracted the virus so I can have some closure!

@@sanatani4244 The heat of the oven kills them. Washing the meat spreads the live bacteria all over your sink, taps and general area and serves no other purpose than contamination. It helps with nothing.
