Only thing i think should be corrected, is the 3's should be done first. 1x3, then 7x2 for example. Then 2x3, 6x2. and onwards. Doug did it this way. Reason being, taking the higher rep set while freshest. And...its great you outlined the two programs separately! Doug recommended at a later stage to do it the way you suggest - Run the powewr phase out until stall essentially, the switch to the pump phase and do likewise!

How long have you ran A and what were your before and after results? I’ve been running A but only Power. Need to start incorporating the pump properly but I’ve seen so many interpretations of this program it’s crazy.

Weird. I’ve got two different ones, from t nation and lift vault , both are 8*2 and adding 1 rep every workout , once 8*3 is reached , starting weight should be increased. Where is this decreasing sets came from ? Thanks

Look for the conversation featuring a guy called Twiceborn. Best peice on Hepburn training ever IMO, becuase it comes from a guy who spoke with Doug and put together the plan between them.
