Last I checked the way mage lifesteal works is of its aoe then its reduced to 33%. Since Freya's 1 makes her autos single target it gives her the unusual benefit of having 100% lifesteal on her 1 and 2 abilities when both are active. This also works with Ao's dragons

I used to go conduit and rings on Freya until they ruined rings. Now my builds go Hunters/ Diamond Arrow, Zoom Orb and Spear of Magus. The rest of my build is the more or less the same as this video (Hastened, Nimble Bancroft and Tahuti). Although last time I went Freya I forgot about Tahuti and went Gryphonwing. Freya claps

6 games today in casuals i was called the f slur and n slur over and over again because i asked my jungle to gank mid lane because he did the wrong start and then went to jungle and waited at smalls for them to spawn while i had 2 in mid still at level 1. Another game i play arachne and get 6-8-8 because my mid refused to help but boasted about top damage when he had 1 kill and 3 assists out of out 12 kills total then he told me to uninstall because i suck at arachne and my build is for f slurs, when it was just attack speed and pen. Smite so draining now, cant even play casuals without someone telling me to end it every game.

I don’t often disagree with Mast but Freya is still great. Maybe not top 3 Hunter pick like the good old days, but she dumps on most hunters in my experience

Honestly if you wanna play Mage ADC and also because of how bad the Rings are, why would anyone wanna play Freya over something like Chronos, Sol or even Olorun, like they can atleast dont rely on the Rings as much because they have AA Speed Buff in there Kit/Passiv.
