Today my daughter would have been 13. I allow myself to sit in the what ifs, daydream, and fully feel everything. I don’t sit in this normally because it can be all consuming and debilitating. But on this day I allow it. There is no right or wrong way to grieve, this is my experience and I just want to share it with you in hopes to help others in their journey or bring awareness if you know someone going through this.
Thank you for being here. Thank you for all the love and light you give so freely to me everyday. I’m grateful for the community we have built, we are stronger together and we are truly never alone.
