While what you're saying could apply to many other videos and posts, I don't think it applies here. In this video, they didn't say its wrong for the girl to foot the bill. They're simply showing how considerate the guy is to the girl through the act of the guy offering to pay for the meal. If this were a "His girlfriend vs Your girlfriend" video it could always go the other way around with her insisting to pay for the meal. IN OVERALL IF I DON'T MAKE SENSE, I don't disagree completely with the content of your comment but I think its too harsh for you to throw it at this video because I do think they're genuinely using it as a gesture of generosity and how "i don't mind paying for you if I can afford it because I love you" which can go the same for both genders.
