Not as simple as you think. Trisha booked this last minute and guilt tripped Jason into going even though she knows he doesn't like it and was also super busy at the time. But because he planned a Universal trip with his children she got jealous and booked this trip even after he said no.

Lola D Well that’s what she gets for forcing him to go. He begged her not to go. She was aware from the start that he does not like it. He had to miss his kids show as well, plus he said on his podcast he was still angry with her about throwing her toddler tantrum in front of David and everyone, stripping completely naked. Ararar yeah unfortunately he has horrible self esteem issues and convinces himself that this is what he deserves. Hes made comments about how he’s too old to find anyone else who would want him (even though that’s obviously silly) He’s talked about how abusive his father was and how he sees the similarities in his father and Trisha so it’s definitely a deep seeded issue. It’s sad because if he had just a bit more self respect he’d be so much happier out of this relationship.

Literally everyone in the commons is complaining about Jason being miserable, but you guys don’t understand, he said he didn’t want to go. He wanted to be with his kids. He told Tricia he doesn’t want to do any more vacations for a while, and he even had to miss his kids show to go on this trip to appease her, because she started throwing a temper tantrum. Listen to the podcasts, you’ll find out a lot more information. It’s not like she threw together this surprise vacation and he was miserable. He literally begged her to not go this time, to sit it out and be with his kids.It’s just as much his fault, for not standing up for himself, and giving into her tantrums. By doing that, he is showing her that she will always win and get whatever she wants, even if he has to sacrifice things that are important to him. You can always go to theme parks. Your children grow fast though, and being present at their recitals and shows is something you can never do again. Those moments are precious

I feel like Jason needs to really evaluate his life and find out about what truly makes him happy and having the courage to say what's really on his mind and not keep it locked up all the time because sometimes it shows, having two young kids it's important to understand the type of impression he's leaving with his kids and I feel like Trisha needs to find someone that doesn't reassure her bad habits just to make her feel better for a little bit, the underlying problem will always be there if not addressed. But ultimately before all this she needs to work on herself and at least get to a certain point of loving herself enough to not need fleeting validation all the time.

A definitive statement (“no one can stand Trisha”) is grossly inaccurate. If you watched the video, or any video that Trisha is in, you are - in fact - withstanding Trisha. None of us are qualified to comment on the deeply human experiences between Jason and Trisha. My comment developed out of disgust re: the amount of people who say hurtful and ultimately unnecessary things about someone we know very little about.

I give him credit. I think I would want to scream. He's a 45 year old man and has been to Disneyland multiple times, just this year. There's just so many better things he would rather spend his time doing. He definitely cares for Trisha to do this. It's sweet enough that he would go.

I think Jason acts upbeat and happy with the vlog squad because David is the one who made him popular and made him lots of money. David would have dropped him like a hot potato if he acted like himself which is grouchy and snappy. He acts way more engaged and upbeat when David is around because David's vlogs are all about being crazy/upbeat/ silly . Jason wouldn't be seen in David's vlogs if he acted like his TRUE self like he does when he's with Trisha

Can everyone just take a moment to realise why Jason is so miserable in the vlog... First, he dislikes Disney and never wanted to go (Trisha knows this) Secondly he said he did not want to go, she booked anyway. You know why? For those of you who say Jason seems depressed and miserable, he has mentioned before that he doesn't really enjoy Disney. Plus he has probably gone before with his kids and as most of you know, it is very easy to get tired and exhausted there. This was Trisha dream and props to him for going with her, so that they could be together.
