As a kickboxer, Mia's stamina while running was AMAZING. I love how determined she always is and how much she does to do the best she can! GO MIA! 😊

Wow! 25 minutes is amazing! Well done Mia, I don’t know how you did it 👍🏻 I did my second ever 5k race last Monday, last year I got 44 minutes and this year I got 42 minutes. I’m not trained at all but I’m so proud that I did it 😅

Hey guys two tips for Mia when she gets stitches one is breathe and two is put your arms on your head when you run once you have gotten the stitch and it will give your lungs more space to breathe ❤❤❤ Hope this helps

I started a virtual London challenge last year and completed the 75 miles this May 2024. I used a treadmill and exercise bike aswell as walked indoors. Felt so proud of myself and was happy when I received a medal

Loved this video! Well done Mia. Running is so popular at the moment. If you want to know your previous 5k time as long as you scanned your barcode all your previous parkrun times should be online for you to view. Keep up the good work!

Hi! I’m still very involved with parkrun (I’m one of the youngest parkrun directors in the world) and I love to do 5km and 10km races, with my 5km time of 22:57 and 10km time of 48:56. I did this exact race a while ago in fancy dress and loved every second. ☺️

Awww great job Mia!!!! I have always wanted to do a race but I was born with my heart backwards and am in heart failure. I am thinking about pushing myself to do a short race and see what I can do. I used to do some running at the same age as Mia but I am still energetic to run because I do basketball which requires a lot of running. But I think I can beat her. But I won't know till I see her and the family.

I think it might be even harder as an adult in some ways because 10 year olds are a lot more used to running around and have lots more energy 😂

I just did my 5th 10k race last Saturday I live in Ottawa Canada and I have been doing road races since 2016 and my 10k I just ran I got it in 1hr and 31 minutes

I’ve done over 50 5ks at age 8-10. And over 100 2k at park run and just recently I did a five k race in 28: 13!😊❤. I’ve been running 2k since 3yrs old( before parkrun age) and 0 yrs in the running buggy! Now I’m 10. And I do parkrun every Saturday and Sunday 😊love y’all fizz fam. Ps u should come to havent parkrun in Waterlooville

I used to run competitively for my school. I loved it. My 10k time was around 45 minutes. My 5k was at 22 minutes. My mile time was 5.48 minutes. I don't run as much now due to a bad knee injury but I loved running and trying to beat my times. There's nothing better than seeing yourself work hard and succeed at it. I loved seeing Mia getting into it. And 25 minutes is very good for a 5k! Way to go Mia. Loving seeing her hobbies as an adult
