Today We went on the yearly Trick or Treat night. Not gonna lie, It was very laid back. No scary stuff. No guys jumping out at you. I miss that. Maybe next year I take a street and make it the scare street haha. Thanks for watching and being here with my family.

You're exactly right Roman, it's not like the good old days. Heck the neighborhoods I lived in, in Belgium, Virginia and Maine, you could go around for hours up to almost midnight playing games, trick or treating and just having a plain good old time. Not these days though, they seem far gone for sure! Loved the family vlog!! Have a great day and certainly SMILE MORE

We carried pillow cases as well!! I lived in a small town so we went to every house possible, they gave out so much candy we would drop stuff off and go out for round two!! We had chainsaw guys & everything! Everything is so different bc I think parents get easily offended or upset when people have chainsaws and stuff. I’m sure you just have to find the right neighborhood!!

In the UK ours is on the 31st too and no one goes out till it dark so that's about 6 or 6:30 and it just depends on where you live where people stop coming to your door

The best way to put in contacts is to use your pointer finger of your opposite hand to hold your eyelid up and then your middle finger of the hand you are putting the contact in with to pull the bottom of your eye down. Then use your pointer finger on the same hand that you are pulling the bottom of the eye with to put in the contact. And look up, use your finger to feel for the eye. If you aren’t looking directly at it, it makes it easier to put in. The contacts once it touches the eye it should “stick” you should have to watch for it to go in. I normally would blink a few times after I got it in just to make sure it felt okay and wouldn’t come out. Hope this helps for next! Love y’all videos, I’m so glad y’all are back. Trcik or treating when I was a kid early 90's was crazy. Usually got a pillow case to tak e out and was able to fill it easily, people gave out more candy back then too. I remeber we would always know of the scary houses and left those till the end of the night so it was super dark out. These days I get kids coming in to my store trick or treating days before halloween. Things have changed too much!

Different areas around here have Halloween on different days so you can go to multiple places. Like a town around us has Halloween on the 30th and the next one over has it on The 31st. Then you get more days to trick or treat!

Im a daily contacts wearer and watching Brit trying to put them in made me cringe soo bad. Even i cant directly put them in straight over my eye. I have to turn my head and look to the side in the mirror to me able to put them in. Put the contact on your pointer finger & then use your middle finger to hold your bottom eyeliner down and then use your other hand to hold your top eyelid open. if you put them on so you make contact with the whites of your eye rather than the front of your eye and then look to the other side to centre the contacts it works a dream every time ! The first time i tried that method was a blessing to me, had always struggled putting them in before then and so would only wear my contacts if i had so much time to get ready or if it was a for a special occasion.

Besides honey, those trunk or treats and festivals really take the fun out of the actual trick or treating don't you think? Its a lot more fun going door to door with your friends and family saying trick or treat and seeing the house decorated and the people all dolled up for Halloween

I guess it just depends on where you are when they do trick or treating. Like where I live they're doing it Wednesday from 6 to 8 but the next county over they're having it Saturday from 5 to 7.

Trick or treating for me 15-20 years ago was crazy awesome like Roman said. Had several houses do pretty elaborate haunted houses or decorations. I did feel sweaty and exhausted when my brother or friends and I were done at 9 or 10pm on Halloween nite!!

I love how people keep commenting why they're trick or treating early 😂😂 Sometimes since its not on a weekend they do trick or treat early, also the community decides on when they want to do it, can also be a weather factor, etc. Many reasons why it's early for some areas!

I am 56 an im with you Roman. I had a pillow case my mom always fed us sloppy joes n the minute it got dark we were off around the entire subdivision both sides of the streets. We came back with louds of candy often the pillow case had a hole worn from dragging it!! then we would dump all of it out on the family room floor n seperate it into all the different kinds. My dad would sit on the front porch in a rocking xhair with a blanket and pretend to be asleep....sometimes i think he was!!!! Then he would wake up n scare tbe kids!!!!

I remember when I first started with contacts, it definitely takes some getting use to. After 2 years I ended up just going back to glasses. So much easier and don't have to worry about taking them out.

I had the same exact experience as Roman as a kid at Halloween. I’m 27 and remember those gooooooood days. Pillow case and all. Would fill it up and I remember it lasted til September the following year. Crazy

I am much older, 49, but when I was a kid trick or treat was kids running everywhere, crazy scary costumes and people chasing after you with the chainsaws & knives, jumping out from behind bushes...........and it was always always always extremely DARK!! S C A R Y!!! To this day, because of all that, Halloween still makes me kinda anxious & on my guard for something jumping out to get me!! 👻💀👺
