Naw it's alot of mf that give us a bad name cause they be on some weird shit... Everyone should not have access to magic People be giving game to people who not ordained to be apart of the craft then so called witches not healers create unnecessary chaos.. You know that saying one bad apple spoils the whole bunch...
Such a beautiful story, I'm a former stylist almost 30yrs. I've worked with so many sick women and I've witnessed many miracles, I'd like to think that my healing hands, love and compassion had a part in that. Miss Lisa just like many other hairstylist are actually healers😇❤
I agree! I think that most people get a little misrepresentation bc the powerful Marie Laveau, who was a hairstylist from New Orleans,La. No disrespect to this powerful woman: but let’s keep it 100, she did good and evil work for thousands of people all over the world. I know that most beauticians are truly healers! ❤️
I'm a retired hairstylist and a witch. I have healed so many in my years. Never ever have a did a spell on anyone. I always gave advice, healing and a lot of magic.
As a hairstylist I love this story!! I’ve often thought about the power that I have while doing my job. I do speak life into my clientele as a whole because I want nothing but the best for all of them. But this story is next level.
Love this ❤️ American Indian healers used to use oils and herbs this way to heal. They would oil and massage the mixtures into the scalps of people while setting good intentions. The hair fall from combing would be burned to make sure that no one could sabotage it or curse the person with bad intentions. Hairdressing was a spiritual and intimate thing in indigenous cultures.
Please don’t call native ppl Indians. We’re choctaw black foot Sioux Navajo Cherokee Chickasaw . Please say native or indigenous Americans. Thank you my mom is healer ppl called her a witch but that’s European religion. Shaman or medicine man/woman.
@@tarrylove9414 I’m american indian. We use all of these terms, plus tribal names to describe ourselves. I wasn’t using any term’s out of disrespect. I used the term that I identify as.
As an esthetician , I always spoke healing into my clients. In my training for massages, there was lots of focus on transference and countertransference. It's important to understand the impact of touch. I loved this story!
I can confirm as a cosmetologist specializing in Brazilian waxing that we be witches lol I recommend rose oil rose water rose quartz crystals and rose baths to alllll of my clients and also vitamin e oil to heal blemishes.
This reminds me off my spiritual mother in early 90’s one off her spiritual sons got HIV and she mix a drink with bush I was a child and I remember she had it in a white bucket it also had molasses in it if you had the cold or sick she give you to drink anyway he was cured and she was invited to tv when the word got out but people laugh at her saying she’s a witch but she really did some amazing heeling she pass now but I still feel her presents from time to time she even visit me in my dreams giving me gifts
I'm just realizing my momma was doing a ritual over my hair when I was younger. After she was done styling my hair she would always say more hair & rub her hands on my hair. I have always had long healthy hair.
I love this story!! Makes me think about how Marie Laveau was portrayed as a hair stylist in AHS- Coven season! When I would do hair, I would speak life into them while listening…. I love hearing this story! 🥺😍
hhhhmmm...I'm pushing 60 and I remember these type of 'hairdressers' ...listening and laughing because this was more common than you think with my age group of folk and older. the more things change, the more they stay the same. (just found your channel, love the storytelling)
I'm convinced my hairstylist is a healer. She's Christian as far she tells me so I won't call her a witch but if you listen with care and intention and work on someone's hair and head like that, it's possible to help them with their goals and health. I know oils and work don't always cure major sicknesses but it seems Miss Lisa had the touch and was a blessing to her clients.
In Italian folk magic, you never let someone have your hair. When the hairdresser is done, you sweep it all up and take it with you. I think these sorts of beliefs could be why folks are wary of the hairdresser and their magick. 😊
That is so sad that she passed away I know she was a very wonderful person and if she was alive today I would go and spend every penny I have cuz I am a kidney dialysis patient at the age of 38 I have been on dialysis for over 10 years
I stopped letting anybody touch my hair years ago especially after I went natural. So many people would tell me how “nappy and difficult” my hair was to do even with a relaxer in it. I don’t let anybody touch my crown anymore. I treat my hair like it’s magic. Never again.
Absolutely love this story, I'm a hairstylist and I often found myself touching my clients, praying & manifesting over situations they were going thru. Growing up my mom would often say I was a witch. I recently started making oils with different herbs for hair n skin. This story may be about me 😉🌹
I love this story! I'm a hairdresser and I practice ifa but I'm the plot twist (love that you said that most witches ain't got time for that lol). I've never done intentional juju on my clients I've prayed for them and made genuine connections with them which means a lot to me just in general. But I love how "Ms. Lisa" (RIP) truly cared for her clients the way she did. She's definitely a gem.
This hit home for me because i am a hairdresser this is how i work but im very careful who i share certain things with everyone doesn't receive thing the same...
This really opens my eyes to the future of magic and medicine. If we all keep the focus and perfect our crafts , I believe we can be the generation that changes everything. Fantastic story , always appreciated yaya!!
At 12:00 mins of this video I began to tear up because I’ve been doing hair since I was 12 years old. I am now 30.5 and I can safely say I’ve helped heal ppl physically mentally and spiritually. Hair is just one way but I now know more than ever before that I am a spiritual healer. I make healing medicines and am just a source of Source energy reminding ppl that they are too. I am so happy to have came across your channel because you make me feel safe and accepted and grounded. I started creating more alters and protection around my living space since listening to your videos. Literally today. I totally relate with miss Lisa. I relate with you. My name is Magneta I am your sistar and I pray you attract the loving safe magnetic tribe that is for you.
@@caprispillingtheteaLST that’s absolute facts. My father is the same. It makes sense cuz Mercury is the planet of communication and rules over Gemini and Virgo, most Virgos I know share this trait
@@meelahmanifestslove yes mam. Speak 🗣 very clear and Virgo ♍️ are also clear about what they wanna and gonna do. I always think of Beyoncé when I think of Virgo’s.
This story made me smile from ear to ear😊. It makes me feel good knowing that Mrs.Lisa did that for people. May her soul rest in peace as she sits in heaven celebrating with God and the ancestors🙏🏾🤍.
This is an amazing story! And im FROM OHIO 330 💜 I too do hair on the side (braiding and basic hair maintenance only)... It is a gift passed down from my mother.... I have become aware of the transfer of power from hair dresser to client and am now more mindful of the energy i carry when doing hair. Oshun blesses me.. My ancestors have helped me come up with a BUNCH of diff herbal combos for hair oils. I recently shared some with my grandma... 🍯 🐝
I am christian but that story made me cry. I know I have a gift of healing but have no idea how to use it. Christian people and even one psychic (when I wasn't Christian) say I have a gift. I would really like to help people like she did.
Great story🤗 I was a hairstylist for 20 years and when you have a good heart and good intentions for your clients it shows. Growing hands is what we call it🧡💫
These are the stories that we need to hear this is inspirational and just feels good to hear we all should understand at this point to speak positive and healing upon yourself and others
This is a beautiful story!!! I am a hairdresser and it’s true people tell us everything! We laugh together we cry together… I think the intention and LOVE is what makes the magic happen. My Lisa was obviously so gift with her healing abilities and must have had a big heart!!
Whew chile ..I'm 53 a licensed stylist I have my hair Growth oils 2 different ones and my cousin has cancer and have not lost a strand of hair her hair is down her back not kidding. Airas Solutions💚 boy oh boy the similarities. I needed this message❤thank you for your videos I am always talking and helping my clients some how some way. That's the Empath in me❤
This was a beautiful story. This was the first I've heard of hair dressers bring witches lol. I wish mine was because a sis can sure use my magical oil, or serum for some money!!!
This story is so beautiful and I hope her salon is still thriving til this very day and that their clients are prosperous as well in all areas of their lives
I love this story it is so beautiful. Girl, it's so much better than my trifling a** ex friend who used to braid my hair. I was house sitting for her one time and found a jar of my hair she was saving. People always told me she was jealous of me. She claimed to do rootwork but I have some powerful ancestors and spirit guides I'm sure whatever she planned back fired
Ughhhhhh I don’t like when I’m busy & don’t get your story time ASAP!🤣🤣🤣 I love this! Hmmmmmm🤔 I’ve had my Cosmetology ✂️License for 15yrs & I’m also an Esthetician🥰 with a Full Specialist 💅🏾💄License 🥰 This is AWESOME because I was discussing some things with my daughter & this just gave me confirmation.♥️♥️♥️ Thank you @Blaque Witch YaYa 🧹💙🦋
Omgn R I SPEAKING OF MEEEEE OMGN I DONT CALL MYSELF A WITCH AS THEY DID MY GREAT GRANDMA & My Mommi Omgn! I’m A HEALER W/ BLESSED HANDZ…. FYI- it not the oils Persa it the belief & faith of the person PERIODT. If u believe, than anything can be ACHIEVED 💜💜💜
Queen Yaya, THIS HAIR‼️😍🙌🏽✨ it’s everything just like this story lol I think Ms. Lisa was doing her thang, working in her purpose & Serving her community at the same
I think that your hair is very spiritual and significant. in many cultures and religions, there are beliefs and practices that only someone you trust, like a loved one, should touch your hair or your scalp. A hair dresser is touching a part of you that is very vulnerable.
In my country we know that hair is special. You don't let just anybody touch your hair or your head. It is connected to your essence. It is rumoured that some people can harm you by using just a few of your hairs.
This was MINDOPENING!!!😲 This was comforting and valuable💯 It also reminds me of my hairdresser from childhood named Ms. Helen😌 Thank you for this story as it sheds the light for women(especially black women) to start by healing our Glory:Our Hair👑 You are a Goddess sent,Love you🤗💓🌟
Beautiful story! I would love to heal people with my Energy in n some shape or form! What a fulfilling life she lived and it’s still being passed down!
I had a witch hair dresser but I had a negative experience but it opened me up to spiritual and my own divine powers so it was meant for evil but worked for my good
Finding this video was very much a message from Spirit for me! I've been asking God to put me in an environment where I can truly use my gifts and be myself without scaring off my clients. I've been asking to be shown how I can incorporate it into my career. THIS STORY MADE ME CRY!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS!!! Grateful 🙏🏾 ❤💐
Chile this is a year later but I've been doing hair my whole life and I mostly used professional products. I have used olive oil. I stayed prayed up for myself for the most part. The hair industry is a blessing.
Oooooooo I really love this story. That would be awesome if hairdressers were witches. I feel like I should specify a good witch because some people don’t always have the best intentions.
As a hairdresser I agree that we are all healers. When I first got in the salon my only intentions were to make money, build great conversational skills, and get over my salon anxiety 🤣 but as I became a better stylist, and gained regular clients, I saw that my clients genuinely needed and appreciated my services. I genuinely wanted to help them and make them feel and look the best they ever had when they get out of my chair. I’ve had plenty “miracles” as well 😉 lol unlike ms Lisa I feel like my intention was more subconscious, because I didn’t know I was a “witch” back then 🤣 but I loved this story so much ❤️
