I do sports and I always have a lot of pains but a chiropractor scares me. It’s like how other people have fears of the dentist but I’m totally fine with the dentist but scared of a chiropractor
Probably due to dancing. She is doing physically demanding stuff. Kids dont always have proper concept of warm and warm down and stretch..so that's probably what issue is. A guy who plays multiple sports, it took me 15-16 years old to understand how important stretching is. Even 5 mins before and after is god send. Helps if you can self crack your joints.
Timestamp it buddy, then look further down. People were accusing the guy of grooming her and putting her in an uncomfortable situation where she didn't feel safe
Yeah I noticed she was kinda tearing up too. But it will feel worth it in the end. This stuff really helps for people retired from sports or had past injuries 😀😊
Dancers can get really stiff fast. Thats why i would go weekly because if i didn’t i could get to the point where i couldn’t move. I am a ballet dancer and especially when they pop my ankles it really helps.
And so? I’m not sure it affects anything regardless if they wear makeup or not, some children find it easy to express themselves that way and they just like it. They don’t need to be a “certain age” for makeup, they could wear it whenever.. with the consent from a parent and/or legal guardian.
@@Is_it_really_ironicit actually causes more acne and for your self confidence to go down because you think you look ugly without it at a young age and that’s just horrible
I so totally need to go to chiropractor. Ive been having major balance issues and my mom blames it on my back being like locked up (?) and I wanna stop stumbling into doorframes-
I need to go to an chiropractor so bad. I played soccer for 9 years, wrestled for 1 ½ years, and have been doing JROTC for 2 years. I also found out I have scoliosis last year. I was/am very active, and my back and neck are always hurting. I constantly crack my back and neck at least 10+ times a day, not even exaggerating. I also get really stiff, and bad cramps in my feet and legs too. Idk where to go since I'm only 16, and most of the ones around me don't do minors.
One time I told a friend (we’re not anymore) that I needed to go to the chiropractor because I was going to school longer and was have some back and hip pains. They continued to look at me like I was stupid and said “You don’t actually think that stuff works right.” I was actually shocked because who told them it was fake. This was something he did often would tell me I was wrong whether I was right or not and make me feel stupid about it. I went on a long ass rant about how it was a hundred percent helpful and definitely not fake. He got mad at me for questioning him even though I knew I was right. Honestly it was kinda the breaking point in our friendship. I was not only in pain but was being told I was stupid. So the chiropractor really saved me from a buttface of a guy. Also this reminds me of AITA
U can see the difference in her head and shoulder position and movement. Probably needs to incorporate something to strengthen her mid back. Inverted rows maybe 🤔
