You used factory reset that wipes out all your data,photos,files and apps. Factory reset is used for second hand selling so that the person who actually bought it from another user wouldn’t actually keep the data from the seller.

I take it that you told her that you have to wipe the phone in order to clear the passcode? All her data is gone i.e. photos, videos, contacts, sms's. I doubt she backed up her data in the cloud via Google Drive for example, unless you did that off camera.

Wow, you could just have run the bruteforcing tools and unlocked it with just that. Not always is a factory reset needed. Idk why some of the people say "this guy does good things", well, I hope you atleast informed her that all of the data is gone, well yeah, you actually did unlock the phone but at what cost?
